Why do most women love wearing jeans?

Hi friend, i am from South India, in our place mostly ladies prefer to wear saree, college going girls will wear jeans and salwars. Dressing is based on the individual interest, may be those women's are interested in wearing tight jeans to express their beauty. I don't think wearing tight jeans will give sexy look, if you don't have it naturally

Hi yanzalong! I also love to wear jeans because it is comfortable to wear especially that I am traveling most of the time. But because we have our office uniform, I am not wearing jeans that much.

I think that jeans are mainly very comfortable. They don`t get dirty easily (at least it doesn`t show), I can be worn almost every day of the year and in is for almost any occation. I am 67 years old and I`m worried because I haven`t found the jeans I love best to buy. My 3 pairs of old jeans are very much worn and when jeans are neew I can even use them to go out.

I think you are referring to leggings which most women are wearing today. However, i am not one of them, because i won't look good in them. Anyway, i am also very fond of wearing jeans specially for office wear. I would pair it with a nice blouse and a blazer and wear an stilleto or high heel and voila! i have a corporate look. It's an outfit that is so comfortable , even when you have to ride public transport like jeepney. However, some women who wears those leggings seems to pair it with a wrong top, because everything in them bulges, don't you think so? That's why i never wear them.

i think it's not only the women in those age that like to wear jeans, i think most women nowadays prefer to wear jeans and especially the skinny jeans which is the trendy jeans nowadays. it's the type of jeans that makes a woman look and appear fashionable and sexy at the same time. it makes a woman or lady look smart when she is wearing the kind of jeans.

Each of us people are from different culture and different way of living and each of them has their own taste of dressing, eating. It is really ones like or wish to wear what he or she needs and we are not the one who can question them. Now the trends have been changed. Jeans has lost it's style. Now in Kerala churidars with particular designs is the new fashion.

I do not know why woman love wearing jeans. I think some woman love churidars and sarees while some woman loves jeans. I think it mainly depends from woman to woman. I think different one have different choices. I think some woman love men to wear jeans while some does not.

Yanza, since i am in my teens, my parents always buy jeans clothes and pants for me to wear. They said wearing jeans looks trendy and casual. Even until now, i will look for jeans products whenever there is a sales. Besides that, i do wear pants, skirts and slack alternatively. I think only those who like to wear tight jeans are considered sexy. Those who wear loose jeans won't be considered as sexy but casual looking. All these are my own opinions. Maybe for other people, their thinking difference when it comes to jeans.

I'm 24 years old and jeans still is my favorite type of pants to wear, but with age I think that jeans are not that nice anymore. I'm starting to wear more social pants, because is more classy and probably in the future I'll not have many jeans anymore.

In my opinion, I think jeans can make you look good and sexy. But it does not necessary imply sexiness. It depends on the wearer, if the girl who wears the jeans has good body figure, then she would definitely look sexy with the right kind of jeans. I like to wear jeans too as I think they make me look good but not sexy. Most teenage girls here like to wear skirts or dress rather then wearing jeans when they go out with boyfriends or when they try to impress someone.

Jeans are generally comfortable, women 35-47 wear tight jeans, 1) because thats what's in right now, (Last century in the 80's, women wore "baggies" --very loose fitting jeans that weren't very flattering, but comfortable and we thought we looked good.) and 2) because boots are very in and the only way jeans look good tucked in boots is if they're skinny jeans.

I also observe such thing. Well, girls look sexier in jeans though. I think that is their reason for wearing such.

I love to wear jeans even when I was still in elementary... So I think it's not about the age and being sexy. I think it's with the comfort of wearing jeans... When women wear jeans, we can do anything and move without any hassles (at least against wearing skirt or slacks). If we like to be sexy, we prefer wear skirts instead.

I think too tight jeans has a negative effect on men. I don't know how to say it in english but I read an article that says that men who wears too tight jeans may have a chance of not having babies in the future. As for women, we love wearing jeans not because we wanted to feel sexy. Some of us especially those who are not comfortable wearing skirts love to wear jeans as an alternative because it is comfortable and we can move easily. And yes, jeans are trendy but women really need to be attractive. After all, most men go after girls because they find them nice and attractive. :)

Cute discussion. I remember my grandpa wearing overalls in the fields. Jeans while trendy wears for a very long time durable material. I am 60 and wore jeans whenever not at work. Some businesses even had a casual friday where we could wear jeans and such. I never wore them tight. But having 5 children I have to admit I was comfortable and as I said the material holds up for a long time. I am sure some ladies do wear jeans to be sexy. maybe you need to ask your wife why she does not want you to wear jeans out. You might be right if you are too sexy!LOL

If your wife worries over you wearing jeans because of that reason she needs to get control of that jealously. It isn't healthy. Jeans are very comfortable. People feel more relaxed in jeans. Plus, no matter what type of top/blouse is worn it always goes with jeans. Whereas if you wear colored slacks you have to match more appropriately what will go with it and what won't.

i am 21 and since i was a child i prefer to wear jeans than any other. i feel very comfy with that i can easily and freely do everything i wanna do thru out the day.

Are you kidding..Anyway, yes its trendy, second its comfortable to wear. Not just for women on that age, but on any age. Personally, I also want to wear jeans because I'm comfortable with it, especially stretchable jeans.

I love jeans and have always worn them! When younger wore tighter fitting styles but as I have aged gracefully do not wear them tight. My reason for wearing them is because they are always in style and the best reason is because they are so comfortable. Nothing is more comfortable than a good pair of jeans! Tight jeans and wearing a more dressy shoes with heals is sexy. I like to wear loose jeans with tennis shoes and do not want to appear sexy.

you are founny ! in my view each person has a different dress preferences . i like wearing jeans .but i love to wear skirt more . i also like the student uniform . thank you my friend
