Eating five to six small meals aday is best. This keeps your metabolism at peek performance and that is what you want. Eating as many fruits and vegetables daily is great. The rawer the better. Foods that help burn fat are: apples, apricots, asparagus, bananas, barley, beans, bell pepper, berries, bread(high fiber), brocolli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, cherries, chicken, chili peppers, corn, cottage cheese, figs, fish, garlic, grapefruit, lettuce, mango, melon, millet, onion, oranges, pasta, peaches, pears, peas, potatos, rice, soybeans, spinach, sweet potatoes, tomato, turkey and yogurt. Besure to get plenty of exercise daily or atleast four times a week. Thirty minutes of exercise is the rule. Daily is good if you want to see quick results. Drink plenty of water to wash out toxins from the body. Good luck to you!

In addition to that soorajsrs7srs,our body need a carbohydrate to have an energy, but in moderate intake, its not advisable to eliminate carbohydrate in our diet, but in less amount to keep the body works. If you don't have enough carbohydrate you run the risk of depriving your body of the calories and nutrients needs.
I hope I make myself clear here.Thank you!

1. Watch your calorie, sugar and sodium intake.
2. Avoid carb, such as rice, potato, bread. Instead eat brown rice, wheat pasta, whole grain bread.
3. Eat more fiber, protein, fruits and vegetables.
4. Drink a lot of water at least 2L.
5. Exercise: cardio and strength training.
One thing that I want to remind you is Indian food use a lot of coconut milk, curry. Watch out for the fat. Coconut milk is good fat, but don't cosume too much of it.
Happy dieting!

Any diet where you use more calores than you consume will work. This is the asic fact of all diets. Now if you also want good health then you must tailor your diet to your body. So before I could recommend one I would have to know much more about the condition of your body. The diet that is most often recomended by Doctors is the Mediterranean diet

actually I really want to give you a secret of reducing weight but I cant cos I'm in the same position with you. lol. I am used to be 50 but today I'm 60. it's haed for me to reduce my weight. I try to reduce the amount of food I consume in daily diet but it's hard for me. I think I HAVE done it but still my weight couldnt be reduced. Maybe what I think is not correct based on a right diet program that's what I do so far doesnt work on me. Moreover I never have exercises. Yeah, I know I should be more serious to run the program. What I can say to you is eating less fat foods such as fruits and vegetables. one of my friends told me that she only has a glass of tea and a piece of apple for her breakfast. my another friend said that he doesnt consume rice, almost at all, till he reaches desired weight. keep fihting cos losing weight requires big patience from us..

well, hmmm... how fat you are that you have gone under diet? if that is just to control of not having extra weight for better body shape, then you can join Gym as well.. walking is the best way, and as you are indian, then you should know about amla juice, take that each morning and before going to bed. it will work.

hi, ajithlal. a friend of mine lost almost 5 kilos just by avoiding fat and sugar from her usual diet. she boiled/grilled everything and skipped sugar on her coffee. if you can do this, i'm sure you're going to lose weight too. don't skip meals because this is never healthy.
