I've done those things and would happily do them again. Kew Gardens will be good in November because they have some lovely warm tropical smelling glass houses to visit. The London Eye is interesting to visit during the day if you want to get a view of the layout of the city, but if you want a memorable viewing then go for the night when all the lights are on. The river boat trip is excellent and there was a guide on the one I went on and he knew his history and pointed out all the interesting and intriguing places as we sailed down the river. If you go down as far as Greenwich you can enjoy the Naval museum and have a pleasant walk around Greenwich Park. I have to add that last part because I was born there - well not in the park but I lived my first 18 years in Greenwich. Have wonderful trip, I wish I could join you.
