Why should women have to test men?

I think they test us men to prove our sincerity in wooing them because mostly woman value commitment. Also they need proof that you're true to your word, and will be loyal to her.

Thanks a ton for posting this discussion. Well yes woman do test men before accepting them as their dream boy in their life may be because they want life long trust and commitment from them. Besides they would also like to test if that guy can make her feel special and happy and cheerful all the time or not and if she thinks that he has passed all the test with flying colors then she will approve him. What say?

Maybe this is due to the prevailing scenario of men being prone to lying, being a two timer and do not have any loyalty. However, I find this very degrading to the integrity of men.
