What Kind of Spender Are you?

Wow, there's a lot of money to spend in just a couple of days. I would invest the 80% in banks, stocks, and other interest bearing, and dividend income thing. For million dollars to be spend in my country would be a huge money. But if I would be spending that in the US. I would give my brother a million dollars for I owe him a lot of where I am now. it is indeed nice to dream, yes, it's free through. but I will work to achieve my goals now, for who knows, i would achieve that 10 dollars mark. Mostly give it to my 'fellowship' (it's a "church," but not really ) Actually, I'd probably continually spend it on things for them; as I'm afraid that--if I gave it to them--the temptation would be too big and they would go & blow it on a new building or something. ('A new gym' or something would be nice, but not the extra air & -electricity it would chew up every month forever!)

Well If I was given $10M to spend in 10 days , I would invest 50 percent of it in real estate . I would buy 5 new cars for 3 of my loves ones an done for myself that would maybe only take a mil . I would spend the rest buying shares in apple . Thats is what I would do in 10 days , that all could be done in 5 days .

If I had that amount of money, and I was forced to spend it in just ten days then I would most likely buy several properties which I would then be able to rent out and get plenty of income from once I had bought them. This is something that I very much would like to do anyway, and being able to buy lots all in one go would mean that I could have a stable source of income for a long time and this would be a comfort to me. I would also treat myself and my family to some things that we all want, probably cars and nice things.

I will buy cars, then house and lot and ticket for vacation abroad for the entire family, will buy new things for my new house and give some to my parents and siblings, though i will buy more land here as its good investment. I guess ten million will not be enough for me in just ten days coz i need a lot of things

You have a very good point there. Life can be very ironic. But definitely, they have reasons for behaving that way. They've been there. It's just that people nowadays are more complicated than the past. People are getting harder and harder to deal with. Like my grandmother used to say, children in this generation are far different from theirs. The only good reason I can think of is found at 2 Timothy 3:1-5 which state that: "This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."

I will start to buy a luxury car, buy my dream house and buy expensive clothes. Next move will be to fly different countries which have alot of shopping mall and tourist spots. I think $10M is not enough for the tour

Ha Ha!! First let me get this kind of a chance. I think the foremost with this money would be paying off any existing bad or good loans. Then, purchase a house- a ready to move in would be preferable. Then, a good car. If some money is still left, buy clothes for me, children and my spouse. May be some amount for charity also.

I have to be honest with myself here because a part of me is torn between who I am and what I should be ideally. Ideally I would first settle all my debts, but in reality I would first travel the world and spend it on food and maybe some clothes. I hadn't bought new clothes and shoes within a 6 months' time. Lol.

My boys would have everything that they need first off... We would have a house out in the country; a place where it was quiet but big enough for my boys can run play, and have a dirt track for 4wheeling.. House would be paid in full; taxes paid in advance for two years... Matter a fact all bills paid in advance for two years.. After I knew that they were taken care of my grammy would be paid back, with extra, she has helped me out so much over the years.. It would be nice to do something back to her for a change.. If she needed anything she would have it... My auntie would have her own house paid in full plus bills taken care of for 5 years, she would get to pick it out, and she would have a new vehicle of her choice, my cousin and her finace would have their own vehicles...I would set something up with my uncle ken to have an expense account set up so they could go there and get any major work done if neccesary.. Some of my other family would get a little help, but thats for a different discussion.. Basically my friends family and my bills would be paid in full.. I would go back to school for two different degrees; well one degree and one certificate.. I would like to finshing my degree in Computer Network Management and I would also like to go to truck driving school.. I then would finance and set up my own owner operating company.. Hire a great accountant to work the numbers and other advisors if needed.. Between the two fields job security is high.. Unless computers disappear one day, which I doubt will happen I have a job in computers.. With truck driving there is always goods that need to be shipped all over the country 365 days of the year...

Wow! That is a lot of dough! I think I would buy a house and a car, which I think most of us will do. Then I will buy things for the family and for the new house.

Ten million dollar to spend in 10 days, that's a lot of money to spend with so short time.$10 million converted to Philippine Peso will amount to more than 400 million pesos, that's almost half a billion pesos! Well, first thing I will do is to get a year round world tour for my family and invest the rest of money in bonds and stocks and I'm done even in less than 10 days. And during the tour will I create a concrete plan how to deal with that great amount of money.

If I get the chance to have that $10m Dollars in 10 days, I would think for many investments so that it will be more expanded.I'll think for a lot of business that is booming nowadays.Of course, maybe I could spend at least 10% of it for my family's out of town and leisure.I will not spend all that for luxury but for any opportunity that makes it expand or makes it augment.
