I think that it is good that you have found a food that you are able to eat which can reduce your anxiety even just by a little bit. One of the good things about eating is that it can take your mind off whatever it is that is stressing you out, so I imagine that anything would help you to move on from your worries. You just have to make sure that the food isn't high in sugar, as this will actually mean that you become more anxious because of the fact that they make your heart race because of the energy, so try to stay away from foods like that.

hi aliahnicole yes indeed walnuts are the best snack ever and
way more healthy than most other snacks. b ut for us
who have divereticulitis we cannot eat nuts. the diverticuli
are little sacs in one colon that can pick up p ieces of
sharp bits of nut and cause a very painful infection.
I hate not being able to enjoy nuts. I d o use peanut butter
xmooth and creamy but am not to eat the crunchy kind.lall
nuts are good for yo u with the good f at s in them. so
enjoy for me lol

Yes, I have read about that too. Walnuts are kinda expensive here and nobody seems to appreciate them in the family other than me.

This is a very useful information. I should look for walnuts later.
