When you are unhappy,what should you do?

Everyone has a period of time when he is unhappy.Acording a survey,most of people could communicate with their good friends to talk.They do think it can release anguish.However,somebody who hold the view that everything should depend on themselves.If you turn to others for help,they may be disgusted with it.So,they ususally do somenting which they like to distract attention.For girls,they would choose to go shopping crazily.But the man could do some sports.For me,when I feel unhappy or unpleasant,I will be jogging.Because when I am doign it,I feel very comfortable.That is wonderful! And when you are unhappy,what will you do?

When I am feeling sad, mad or angry, i just wanted to eat and eat and eat. Eating my favorite foods and enjoying could somehow help to release the negative vibes inside me. Through eating, i release my sadness, madness or anger than releasing it with other people. Instead of blaming other people or things, I just go out and eat.

Thank you very much!I have decided to eat a lot like you to get rid of unhappy emotion.Oh,I would buy many things to eat with my friends if possible.But when we are eating,we would become fat,haha.So,we should eat suitablely.Do you think?

It is surprising.Just now I met a person who also eat a lot when he is unhappy.And I find that many people choose to eat.haha,I would take a try,too.I own a good way to get rid of it.Thank you!Haha...

i agree.haha. you really should try it.just got one tip for you though. choose foods that you don't often eat.it'll give you a sort of fulfillment, enough to somehow foeget your problem. and this should not be expensive for you will find yourself mad again (this time with yourself because of spending too much.haha!) .. happy eating!

Wow,it seems that you are the same as most of people.Certainly,eating can help us solve the problem.but if do it oftenly,you will be bocome fat and heavyset.So,I suggest that you could eat comfort food after sporting.Do you think?

when I'm sad , it takes time and talking to my guy to cheer me up. When I'm frustrated, I need to be left alonne so I can plot and plan.the same goes for when I'm angry.

Whenever i'm sad i just lock myself inside my room and cry a lot until i got tired crying though my friends are gone and my family is far so im back to internet again trying to be busy to avoid boredom. Then after few ours of crying then come to think of realizing that there's a lot of better things to do in the future ahead of me and that crying will not help to change my current situation, so i started to think of the plan of what will i do to do more better. My daughter is the only one who makes me think better future as what im doing right now is for her, im also trying to think if i can enroll for a second course this coming year as its been my plan of enrolling Law class so if i have time and enough funds hopefully i can enroll next year to earn a lot for my baby and of course for our future. Though it also help if we will do or think of something that we most love to do so if you love shopping then you can go shopping to be happy, if you love gadget then probably you can buy new gadget to be happy or have a new friend and etc.

Usually I think do some sports will be the best choice,after that you will find that all the trouble you have to face just a piece of cake,so when I am not happy I will play basketball with my friends,this is a very effect way to me.Besides,have a travel is working as well,you can get a totally relax,both in physical and mental.

Everyone have own ways to makes him self comfort and enjoy.In our life there is always happy and unhappy.Usually when i was unhappy i try to get closer to God,praying and talking about my unhappy.But it's happened when i was in happy too.Everyday God give me some blessing and we should get closer with God.Beside that i like to listening music and that's make me comfort.

When something is bothering me or whenever I feel down, I read my paperback books at home, those stories that I've read and re-read over and over again. I love my novels because they are fascinating and some of them made me feel like a child again. When I get tired of reading, I just put it down, but I've forgotten my problems already and I don't feel down anymore. Sometimes reading makes your mind go about wandering but it eases your burden just a little bit because your mind can relax. Now, I know some people who reads to forget their problems. It's just like for some people who drink just to forget. I'm glad I'm not one of them.

That's ok.The way you use to become happy is very good.Certainly,reading can enrich our experience and extend horizon.Oh,We'd better not drink to forget.And I am luckily that I'm not one of them.Finally,I learn about many people play computer games the whole day when they are unhappy,especially college students.I think it is not necessary.Thank you!

I do agree that there are times when we feel unhappy. What I do to cheer me up is to do the things that I like. It may sound weird but when I'm bored, I brush my teeth lol. After brushing my teeth I feel sort of invigorated and I'll be ready to do my chores. Relieving stress also helps. When I have time, I always make it a point to go and have a massage done.

When i feel unhappy, i'm used to ask my wife and my parents for help. They always give me some good advices and make me happy again. In addition, i prefer to hang out with my daughter. I will forget all my unhappy things while playing with my daughter, it's a very effective way for me. And i like to do my favrouite things when i'm not happy, like watching movie, playing computer game and so on. In onw word, when you feel unhappy, the best way is to forget them and make our mind relieved soon, then find some solutions to handle our unhappy things

When i am unhappy I usually go to the kitchen and cook or bake. Cooking and baking are the good way for me to make me feel better and to turn back the smile in my face.

I love going outside! Getting out in the fresh air and the sun hitting me just right in the face will help with my unhappiness. Most of us are cooped up too long in our offices or homes and do not get enough sun. We get a whole lot of vitamin D through sunshine and it actually helps with moods. I enjoy taking long walks and thinking things through and many times have actually felt better about things afterwards. Any activity outside even during colder weather seems to help me out almost all of the time.

I can't agree with you more.Cretainly,doing sports outside is benefit for us.Recently,more and more people stay at home or office.They can't get enough sunshine.It is bad for theie bodies.Have to say,the way you use is effective.I like jogging when i am unhappy.As you say,we can think alone.That's great!

When I get lonely I feel the need to walk. I walk anywhere for like hours. If I feel like walking in a mall, I go to the mall and just walk and windowshop as well. If I feel like walking on a lonely road I do that too. Walking helps me think and forget about the cause of my loneliness.

I usually divert my attention to productive things or more likely, do some hobbies of my like art and photography in a way it distress myself from an unhappy thought.
