I once gained weight very rapidly, which mystified me because my weight was always steady and I was nice and slim. I didn't take much notice until I met someone who had not seen me for a while and he said 'What have you done to yourself?' So that made me stop and realise that things were getting tight around the waist and this had to stop.
I was working as hard, walking as much, eating the same food with one exception. I had started putting wheatgerm on my cereal at night. When I stopped doing that the weight dropped off. So I suggest you get yourself some wheatgerm, make yourself a little snack with it at night and I think you will soon put on some weight. The plus is that wheatgerm is good for you. Better than stuffing yourself with a lot of cakes and sugary things.

I think that it depends on what type of person you are, but gaining weight and losing weight are both very hard in their own right and it depends what your lifestyle is like. I struggle to lose weight, but I am doing so by eating less food and doing more exercise. You should try and eat more food in general. You need to start to increase your portions slowly and you should find that, by doing this, you are able to increase your appetite and this means that you're more than likely to gain weight, but it is a slow process.

I think you are lucky that you ca lose weight easily unless most of the people.
Anyway, if you want to gain weight, you should learn to eat practically any kind of food. But make sure that you eat the nutritious ones. Also, vitamins and a good night sleep can be of help.

I am overweight!
And if only I could send you the five kilos you wish for, I would.
There's no truth that losing weight is easy because I have tried the hardest but didn't lose even a gram.
I know there's a problem in your metabolism. Mine is slow and I have hypothyroidism that's why it's hard for me to lose weight. Ask some endocrinologist regarding your problem.

It's possible to gain weight if you sport. Muscles weight more as fat does.
If you want a good diet about gaining weight it's important to know first what you are eating now. Just drinking milk won't make you gain weight so you can forget about that.
