Loosing weight

I've gained a bit of weight since I gave birth to my son. I wanna loose weight specially in the tummy area. Any good tips? Right now...I exercise 15 mins a day using our stationary bike. And I sometimes do tummy crunches.

You should try doing sit-ups. It's good for reducing fats in your tummy area. :)

Try to curl ups, it will flatten your tummy area. Balance diet too, it depends for some but exercise is effective.

I think that it is great that you're thinking about losing weight, but it is probably worth pointing out to you that you cannot choose where you lose the weight from. The only thing that you can do is exercise to lose weight in general, and then hope that it comes off your body in the area that you want to. You should look more closely at your diet, because that 15 minutes on your bike could be outdone by just two bites of a particularly calorific meal. So see if there is anything that you could change in order to make yourself a little bit healthier.

there are different exercises that work accordingly to each individual. crunches are way effective for some. walking and jogging is another way. yoga, too, is effective for some. and also hip hop abs and zumba. but all these must be done with constant controlled food intake, esp carbs.
