Anyone of Mylotters experience this kind of thing? Hmm, some of my family experience this kind of thing and it is so uncomfortable for me.. It is because I sleep late at night and I should hear them grinding their teeth!
Do you know what causes grinding teeth? Because I read that grinding teeth is caused by stress on day time..

I used to do this. Then me and my husband went to a dentist and he said this isn't really a rare occurrence for people who experience a lot of stress. So what he did is he fashioned me a mouth guard and advised me to wear it all the time so I wouldn't grind and mess up my teeth. It will also prevent me from straining my jaw. After a year of faithfully wearing it every night, I tried to go to bed without one and my husband said I don't grind my teeth anymore.

As they said, stress can be one factor for grinding teeth. But some people claim it is having psychological factors. Good day!

I was told I also grind my teeth when I sleep. I don't believe it of course and I have heard other people also do this. I wonder though what it means.

I read that grinding teeth happened because you are stressful in the daytime. But some folks in my country said that it was a bad sign and when people do it, we should slap them with sandals to make them stop. I don't know if slapping people with sandals will cause the grinding stop.. I never tried it before..
But in my opinion, it must work with those folks, if not, they would not tell their children about that thing, right?
