I kinda like seeing ghosts when I was young, thinking that it would be awesome because I really intend to make friends with them and become exceptional to the eyes of my friends ^^. Well I was still young back then and thinks weird moreover, I take this horrific stuffs positively, I don't know what kind of child I was XD. Nevertheless, One experience turn it negatively bad for me and here is the story, I was laying down on my bed and besides me, a red light lampshade. The door was closed and that time I was the only one sleeping in the room because my mom was working overnight with her store. I was still awake at 2:00 am and secretly listening to the radio.I cautiously putted the radio near my ear whereas the volume of it was really minimal. It was dark and only the light in my lampshade guided me to see the labels on the radio but as I adjusted the radio to a different station, basically, a static sound was aural. As the static noise carried on, in the corner of my eye, I saw a distorted figure. It was black and hairy or spiky, I can't distinguished it's form but I was sure that it has horns. I abruptly turned off the radio and hid in blankets. I was so scared that I decided not to look again until I fell asleep. I didn't tell this to my mother because I think it is the pay-off for my silliness and naughtiness ^^. Well that's my goose-bumping experience , I hope you like it ^^

I not only like your paranormal experience but congratulate you for overcoming your fear. Others having the same kind of odd sightings would seek company of elders like father to dispel bad feelings. Others would find it hard to go to sleep. It is said some spirits would like to make friends with humans.

Odd, interesting and varied are the tales of things beyond our normal senses. But they truly add colors to our personality. What a dull and monotonous planet this would be without them. History books are replete with them and have enriched the lives of generations one after the other.

I will not tell mom about this but if I caught you staying up late I'll have the ghost hid under your blanket as well. Back when you were young you were very braved but something happened along the way that made you afraid of the dark. What happened that day I will just keep it to myself. Ask mom if you want to know but I doubt if she would remember it. @nicanorr My sister is a bit weird ever since

Yes I do believe in ghost and spirits. I've never seen a ghost but I have heard them before like sounds that don't normally happen other peoples voices that aren't those of who is in the room or from a tv.

The odd sounds may have come from uncontented souls. Hope they bother you no more.

ShyBear88, I'm particularly interested in your response. Can I suggest for you to write a wish on a piece of paper with high expectation that the particular spirit co-living in your house may answer it. Who knows, it could bring you a good fortune.

Well maybe but not always are a ghost a ghost has no soul it's and echo of a person or thing that use to be in the living world. A lot of the time a ghost is just a recording of an event that has happened but it's not always a voice just some kind of sound like movement or something. In the house I live in they spirit we have has always been there since my husband was little. He/she likes to play games some times but most always just leave us alone and the spirit keeps to it's self. The spirit likes to play with our cd play and our ceiling fan which is the same ceiling van my 9 week old likes to look at. Most of the time things are just quite around where I live and myself. I just sometimes like any person noticed little things like things outside the corner of my eyes or a sound but I always dismiss it as one of the kids playing or the house settling or something like everyone does. If I hear a voice that's something different but I haven't heard any voices in like 2 years.

I have actually started a discussion recently about me hearing my husband's niece who was sick then, calling me while I was doing the laundry, but when I looked where the voice was coming from, she was not there. And so I thought, I must be just hearing things or I my mind was preoccupied thinking about her coz she has been sick for a couple of days and was getting to be worried. But what shocked me was when my husband told me that she heard her, too. I actually didn't tell him that I heard her, He just asked me about her sister and so I told he that her sister must still be sleeping that time. Then he asked, "Isn't it that Regine (his niece) called you a while ago? Maybe Ate (Older sister) is already awake." So it wasn't me hearing things. Both of us heard the kid but realized that she was still asleep at that time coz when my sister in law went out of her house and went to me, I asked about her sick daughter and told me that she was still asleep at that time we were speaking.

Both of you heard the voice of a sick kid but only to find him still asleep. The kid must have gone back to sleep after calling you which voice you heard.

Yes, the more he would utter unnecessary sounds because of his sickness. He could have said something without him getting up then closes his eyes. Sounds travel through curves.

They live ext door and that child do not get out of their house when her mother and twin brother is still asleep. She was so ill that time that she could barely get out of her bed alone.

As of now, I don't! Because I haven't seen any one of these supernatural creatures. And for me to be able to believe in them, I have to see one. :)

If you really want to have in contact with the unseen spirits just try playing "Spirit of the Glass" even with brother, sisters and friends. You can try it now.

While I believe there are spirits, I have never seen one. I would not want to see one either for the rest of my life.

I have actually "seen" far less than I experienced. The first experience that I had occurred when I was between 4 and 6 years old. Weird things happened in that old house all of the time.. Things would disappear and reappear a length of time later in a different spot.. The domesticated animals were always afraid...The deadbolt locks, chain locks, and I-hook locks would always come undone mysteriously. The upstairs bedrooms had an eerie feeling. One Christmas Eve we had family that came to visit and slept in the living room. I had to use the bathroom.. which required walking through the living room and kitchen to get to the bathroom. As I passed through the living room, I looked down on the floor and swore I saw a green face staring at me.. It had long horns... sharp teeth.. big dark eyes.. and catfish like whiskers on its face. I screamed and ran. My parents had to drag me to the bathroom just to get me to use it.. My parents called for clergy assistance. The preacher said it was likely to be a poltergeist and refused to come onto the property. I've had a few other experiences in my life.. One was when my family and I lived near a Native American burial ground. I'd had a terrible nightmare once and it left me disturbed.. I did not sleep for nearly five days. On the fifth day, quite early in the morning I thought that I heard the sound of a Powwow going on outside.. but I attributed it to my lack of sleep. I did not tell anyone of the experience... A few weeks ago, my sister was visiting and told me that she and her friends had a similar experience after I had moved away from home! The last and most recent experiences that I had happened in the apartment building where I now reside. About two years ago, at approximately 1 a.m., my roommate and I heard the sound of a little girl playing and laughing, as if she were on a playground. We thought it was strange considering the time... and even more strange because three of the five apartments in my building were vacant - The only neighbor I had did not have children. We heard this sound again the following night and never again since. It was revealed to me by someone that had once lived in this building (that I had never shared my story with!) that the building is haunted by a little girl who likes to play around midnight. I've had other strange experiences in this building as well... Children playing outside, that same summer, swear that they saw a shadowy figure in the apartment next door to me while it was still vacant. Several people have seen shadow figures moving about in my apartment - They favor a particular wall of my apartment. About a month ago, I had a serious argument with my roommate. I turned on the voice recorder in case I needed some sort of witness or collaborative evidence of the fight. When I played the recording back, there were two voices present in the recording that did not belong to my roommate or I. The voice that spoke said Now they get it Get up or Get out I mean it And a strange giggling. I played the recording back for my mother once. It was different the second time that we played it back. As well as the third. Needless to say my roommate since moved out.. No strange activity in my apartment since.

Paranormal activities have always catches my attention and though I have not seen any "entities" yet, I believe they made their presence known to me this one time. I was in high school then and I am living with my grandmother in this old, two-story house. It was in the wee hours of night when I suddenly woke up and remembered that I do not have any uniform to wear for school so I rushed out of my room and went to the bathroom to wash my uniform. I was in a state of panic then since there are only a few hours before I have to go to school and I am not sure if my uniform would be dry by then. Suddenly, I hear these footsteps (our floor is made from wood so you would hear them clearly). They are fast, as if "someone" is running and they are getting closer to the bathroom. What crept we out and sent me running to my grandmother's room to sleep beside her is the when I heard the footsteps inside the bathroom. I would stop now since I am having goosebumps as I write this and I am alone here in our house. :D

It could be the rush of adrenalin within you that made perhaps the footsteps. Imaging you were racing against time just to finish your wash and still you have to dry the uniform. Well, were you able to wear it?
