Dang! I forgot to add my question at the end of a discussion. Which clearly needs a question. Do you get frustrated if you are on a forum and just as you click "post" you spot a mistake but it's too late! And there is not an option to edit? I get a little angry at myself!

I think I have edited well enough before I post and invelably find something or think of something I should have added. I think it has to do with the human element. Sad that we are but that's the way the cookie crumbles. I wish they had a fail safe like they do on the PM's. You have to do the second step or it doesn't poat. I would like that.

I wonder if they could give us that option since they have it in the PM?

It also happens to me on some occasions. There were times that I post discussions or comments. And after few moments of reading it again, I found some typographic errors, misspelled words or wrong grammar. But I just let as it is.
And just few minutes ago, I post a status on facebook. And after reading is again, I found a mistake in grammar. But since that mistake is very little and most likely, my friends would not notice it, I didn't delete that status and just let it be.
There were mistakes that needs to be corrected. And there mistakes that can be tolerated

Well Yes... I'd be angry with myself too... And anyone would.. Before a couple of years, i started a discussion with 2-3 typos and the words were missing at another two places... I could not edit it... So I started another one and reported the previous one to be deleted... :D. That was the only option....

I'm constantly finding misspelled words on my post and I'll say, "I proofread this post. How could I have missed that?" It would be very nice if we could edit our post, but I'm not sure it would do me much good.

I guess this could happen to anyone of us. Sometimes thoughts race in our minds so fast that our hand can't catch up in putting it on paper (or for this matter, typing up those thoughts) I myself get so frustrated when these things happen. It's not easy when there's only ourselves to blame for a mistake.

The Seals of Revelation are a brain twister that leave my brain crying like an abused slinky.
As for the forum frustration of forum post mistakes, I share your frustration. It drives me out of my blinking mind sometimes, other times it's just an annoyance that I have to 'correct' in a 'reply' to my botched post.
