I love mylot

Well I have no problem finding discussions on here. I have a lot of interests on here as well though. You just have to find what you like and go for it. Make your own discussions as well, because many people will find yours and respond. What I do is if I cannot find something then I make a discussion and a lot of people respond to it. You will find a lot of different discussions here. There are some that have no responses. Good Luck to you.

It could be possible there are less today because of power outages. There are some out there you just have to look. I found yours so that must mean something right? I've had days I have to be patient on myLot but it is worth it to keep looking for some good topics.

hi lololgirl I am in C alifornia and whats wrong with my discussions? they are not chopped liver and there's no storm here. I have no problem finding discu ssions I like as there are tons of them here and if n ew o nes a re not for u trythe older ones. I think a lot of us not ion the storm belt also make good discussions too. this gets irritating to see p eopole always complaing ono intgerestind discussions when there are so many here. thats saying none of u s others are worth a s.hi.t.e okay?

lologirl you are from Florida, usa-- which is affected by hurricane more often. do you have power outages? topics are there in plenty. only thing is we require a lot of patience to browse and get good topics. now we have flooded you with different angles. look at this from different angles and post replies.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well may be u are correct that many US people are affected to come online over here due to the power breakdown caused by the hurricane. Yes this has also happened with me many times when i am trying to look out for better discussions but end up disappointed as i do not find any suitable discussions to respond upon but still i try to actively devote my time over here. What say?

Hey Lologirl! I'm in Ohio and there's a lot of power outages here (except mine...hooray!) there are some awesome discussions going on here that I can't find just one! I don't want to sound too choppy or have complete run on sentences, but this is by far the best site! Better than FB if you ask me! I don't want to sound boring either, but this is cool!

Well personally I never have any issues with finding discussions I am interested in responding back too. Since I have a lot of friends in here and a lot of different interests I can always find something somewhere to respond back too. I think a lot of tones, it really depends on what my mood is for the day but if I cannot find something worth whole to respond too, maybe it is time to leave the site for then and come back in a little later.

My feelings are the same as yours lologirl. I'm really bored with myLot these days and it's been like this for some time. Even the discussions from my interests are of no interest and a lot of discussions from my friends are the same. There are always discussions being started but I find the substance of most is limited.

I really haven't found it hard to find discussions to respond to. I think yes, you need to really search on the discussions and see which ones you'd like to respond too. Not everyone is being impacted by the hurricane and without power. There are still other people from all over who have power and makes post. But hey, what can you do if you can't find a discussion, then maybe you should just start one of your own like you did now.

There are thousands of discussions here in mylot. Some though are not quite interesting to us that is why we can say there are fewer discussions. I can't even manage to respond to all the ones I am interested in a day. Those that doesn't have power due to the hurricane Sandy is only a small population compared to the other states and countries that are still here posting discussions. We all need to dig further if we want and we can surely see those discussions that are interesting and worth responding to.

I love this website it is so attractive to me. I have but just the time to sit here and write with all my friends because I am sad. sometimes there is definitely a very good discussion but then I say to all that I do not always pechatlenie people can answer and write only the absolute quality and sometimes need a little simple things. Success!

This has been happening to me a lot lately. I'll come on myLot ready to answer a bunch of discussions but then once I'm here, I can hardly find anything I'd like to respond to. I don't know what it is :( I know that for right now, I'm sure a lot has to do with the fact that many people may be out of power. But for all the other times when there aren't hurricanes, I don't know of an explanation. It's a bit frustrating and sometimes even when I make discussions of my own I'll only get a few answers. Maybe people are just busy lately or something.

Hi lologirl! With my several months here, the only hindrance that I can identify so far as far as participation in mylot is concerned is time availability. I can see a lot of good and interesting topics every time I log in to myLot. That is why sometimes even if I have to sleep already, I would still consume some more time to be able to catch up with all the discussions. Well, if you can't find any topic that might interest you, perhaps you can start our own topic. Have a nice day!

I also love mylot. been here about a month now. Ive met so many people from all over the world. Ive learned so much here from so many great members. I just love it here.

I have a few friends here on my lot that can stay on the site for 8 hours a day and respond to discussions with no problems. But myself I hardly ever can find any good discussions to respond too because half the time I log onto this site there's nothing new posted just the same old stuff. And if there is a discussion and I can't think of anything to reply back to then I won't. But I love this site too I been on it for 5 yrs now and I will never leave it unless the site happens to go down but i doubt that it ever will.

I love mylot also , I am only here for a short time at night so I dont have problem finding discussion that I can respond to . I think just looking through my interest always give me what I want . Hurricane sandy was also in Jamaica couple days ago but , lucky for me I didnt lose power . Hope all my family in America are safe and comfortable .

I feel the same too. Sometimes, even there are lot of discussions coming out in mylot, I can't find one that caught my interest. Is that the only reason or am I just lazy to make response too. LOL
