not always. sometimes when i wake up from a disturbing dream, i cant say that im waking up in a good mood. and frankly i cant see the relation of waking up in a good mood to having a terrific day. your day can always turn for the worse even if you wake up in a good mood.

It all depends on the sleep I had the previous night.If I have slept well,I generally wake up in a good mood and if I haven't slept properly,I wake up feeling cranky.
