Today I came up with really interesting idea about physical healing. Let's say that you have broken bone in your leg. Now it needs time and rest to heal but can your attitude also have effect on that. If I'm right everything that you do comes from your thoughts first. Why couldn't this also effect to physical healing? I'm meaning here some kind of subconscious thing. What do you think about this?

It is common knowledge that if you think that you are well then you will feel well, whereas having worries and concerns about your health will make you feel bad. This is not really physical improvement from mental attitude, simply a matter of convincing yourself so that you believe it. You are improving your mental state but not the physical attributes, which will remain the same.

How can you be so sure about that physical attributes remain the same?

I think physical healing has a lot to do with mental well being. You can do a lot of things with good thoughts. If you have someone that is negative all of the time, they most usually aren't feeling well most of the time.

people who think ill of others most of the time don't heal faster either; they slow the healing process and can even worsen the problem.
