Today it has become a very popular and common symptom that is almost everybody complains of leg pain back pain, sciatic pain and it is such a struggle in the morning, when you are off the bed, you just cannot walk and both the ankles pain so terribly. My friend has asked to prescribe a home remedy. Mylot friends, may I kindly ask you what thepaphy is effective? Some say to apply mustard oil, some say to apply the phaste of ginger, tamarind and salt. Can anyone tell of any sure treatment against leg or bone pain?

Are you the one suffering from leg pain or your friend. Yes, I guess some of us have the same problem and for me, I think age had something to do with it. The most affected are the leg, arms and back area. Applying home remedies like oil and other herbal techniques I guess would only give relief. So the best way is to consult a doctor about your problem because they are the most qualified to give advice and medication.

I prefer to use alternative therapy to cure it. Two years ago, I got back pain and I went to my therapist. He gave me reflexology therapy. For the first, It feel very hurt, but after he did it, I feel more comfortable. I hope this therapy can be good for you. Not all alternative therapy can be good for every body

Rubbing ointment is only a temporary relieve. I used to experience bad leg pain before. When I rise up to walk from long sitting my legs gave me terrible pain. I have to walk limping for a while before I can walk steadily. So I tried to do some leg exercises and it did do justice to my leg. I feel no more pain now.

Some of these pains are due to osteoporosis or osteopenia, a problem that has to do with aging. Calcium tablets, and warm water can help. Lukewarm water with salt is wonderful. It is important that you do some exercise too.

I have a slipped disc as well as facet joint syndrome. I have low back pain, leg pain and foot pain. What i really need to do is to see my doctor but I am so bad about going to doctors. You probably should see your doctor first and find out what the problem is. See what your doctor recommends. I know that I feel better after going to the Y. I get in the hot tub, then the pool, then the sauna and on to the work out machines. I feel so much better the next day but I do not get to the Y enough.
