We tell others how to live their lives but don't know how to live ours.

I guess this is true with everyone. We get to be in this habit of people watching. Carefully and critically looking at the lives of others, how they stumble, how they fail, how they succeed... It's like watching a movie or a television series. We always have brilliant thoughts and opinions to share as to how they should decide, what they should do at a given situation, and yet fail to really think it over whether it is the same advice we're gonna apply when we're in their same situation.
It's always easy to deceive ourselves only because we're not the ones struggling in a certain situation. But, I wonder what if we are in that spot? I've heard too many girls judging other girls getting pregnant out of wedlock and tell themselves and others proudly it's not gonna happen to them EVER. They are so sure until they fall in love. Many of them eat (ate) their own words because it's really different when you're the one in the boiling pot. It's always easy to give our thoughts. Easy to give advice but to apply the same advice is still at question because who really knows? Nobody knows. And because we are most of the time being self-righteous, we were damn sure we're firm not to commit a mistake...we end up being loose in guarding our hearts, our actions, our judgments...everything. We become too busy judging others we forget to look after ourselves.
It's about time we all quit dictating how others should live and just be forgiving people aren't perfect. None of us are. We are all bound to fail just placed in the toughest situations. Just wait and the time will come when we're gonna face what and where we're weak at and that's the real test not by "people watching".

Yes, we find others as easy target for our hate and envy because deep inside we know we lack something and want that something to be filled by others too. It is not good to judge others by not knowing their whole story. But sometimes, to avoid being judged, one also has to act rightly and morally.

That's true the onlookers see most clearly of other's life, but unsure about themselves.

you know sharksfin, there's a nice proverb that was allegedly spoken out by Sir Jesus Christ. It goes like:
''And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?''
Matthew 7,3
I only give an advice if I know that my advice will work or if I've already tried it myself. If I'm not sure I'll state that I'm unsure. I guess that's the biggest problem: people give advice and they sound like they definitely know what they are talking about. But in fact they are not and only a few people actually give a good advice.
