That sounds delicious. It has been a while since I've baked fish for dinner, but it is definitely something that I need to fix for the children and us soon. You see, my daughter is a huge fan of fish and has been since she was a little girl. My son, on the other hand doesn't really like fish, but he will eat it if we tell him that it is chicken.
For us tonight, we didn't have a really healthy dinner, but I fixed something that has become a family favorite and I do think that there are times that it is okay to fix something that isn't really healthy.

I don't like salad but since i want to have healthy skin, i make it a point to eat salad everyday. I usually have it with lunch which consists of rice, dal and vegetables so that the taste of the salad won't bother me that much. But anyways salad is very healthy and one should eat them daily for maintaining good health and digestion.

Lately I have been having a mixture of lettuce and spinach with other things.I even mixed my baked potato and fish into my salad the last couple of night it was really good. Normally I am not one of those that likes to mix everything all together like that.

That sounds like a very and very healthy well balanced dinner. I have been really bad ever since the kids went Trick or Treating, there is candy all over this house and it is so hard to resist and I have to admit I have been giving in to the temptation. I am normally so careful about what I eat, but the last few days I have been terrible. I would not be surprised if I gained 3 pounds, I am scared to get on the scale. I will be grateful once the candy is all gone.

I love eating salads if they are made worth eating. Not like a plate of vegetables kept in front of me thinking i am a cow and can eat whatever green i see. I need my salad to be filled with little dressing and steamed chicken pieces or roasted chicken. I can eat salad entire life if they are made like these. I can't eat tasteless food, if a food is boiled but has taste i would eat a bland food too.

I agree with you if they are made worth eating salads are good. I have to have some kind of meat in my salad it can be chicken turkey what ever. I like taco salads a lot and chicken salad.I have to have cucumber in my salad and cheese and spinach.I am really picky on my salad dressings I like ranch and Italian dressing.

Sounds like you're doing well with the salad. It is really not a bad thing to have a salad. What would you have had instead? Just curious. I eat salad almost everyday until I get bored with making it or have soup instead with a sandwhich. It helps me alot with my health problems. Nothing to do with weight really.

I am not like salad but if we eat it with pizza or fried chicken, I think it will be more delicious. Dinner with family with salad, that's nice. Some times I eat with my family in dinner time but not always because my parents not always at home and some times I go outside with my friends

That sounds like a yummy meal and very healthy. I do not eat meat so I would pass on the fish. I would load my baked potato up with sour cream and butter and my salad with lots of salad dressing and cheese lol. So my meal wouldnt be quite as healthy as yours.

I am the same way with my salad and potato. Not very healthy but I do a lot of walking after most of my meals so I walk it off.

Sounds good to me. Though I think my family would find that strange to put your fish in your salad. When the weather warms up I'll be more interested in salads unfortunatly with it being winter I'm more drawn to comfort foods than anything. I can't wait for the warmer weather and lighter fare!

I don't eat fish a lot mainly in the summer. I love sweet potatoes especially with the melted marshmallows on top like my ex mother in law always does.

I would eat like this every day if I could afford fish to eat every day. As for salads I know it is not to expensive to make them after having my son 19 years ago that is all I ate is salads and fruit and veggies and lost all my baby weight. I like baked potatoes but I have to have them loaded and I know that eating them that way is not good for you.

I love salad I could eat it every day and not get sick of it as long as I had different things to go in it.
