Hi papskie! when you work online, it is really needed that you have a Paypal account and in order for you to verify you account, you need visa or master card. But you don't need to have a credit card in order to do that. Smart money can be a good option. You will just apply to the nearest smart center and you already have a card. There is also the Union EON Card which our friends said that is also a good option. I'm glad you are also from the Philippines so I was able to give this advice. hello papskie, y'know what we have the same problem before ^_^ most of the money making sites use Paypal for their mode of payment. I guess you problem is to have a Paypal account but you don't have a credit card, right?! I can't sign-up on the money-making sites cause im afraid they would not pay me unless there's other way for payment like check or via liberty reserve. All you can do is to look for someone who would like to buy your Paypal funds.:)
