It is so difficult to face death. When one of your relatives dies you go through a difficult time. Your heart aches and you cannot stop crying. But we are all gonna die someday so it is a fact of life that we will be seeing our relatives and friends pass away unfortunately. But would you prefer to be surprised with a death such as a sudden death, or a car crash... or else see the ones you love die because of a sickness such as cancer. My grandfather is dying at the moment. He is in pain and it has been like this for several weeks now. We have been prepared of his death, and so we have learnt to accept it, but the pain is still there as we see him so sick and fragile. So I sometimes think it is better to die quickly, even though it may be painful in another manner as there is that element of shock. What are your opinions in this regard?

It will be a real pain to feel the emotions especially seeing your loved one in pain. Things happen for a reason. Good day!

Hi... I really can not see my loved ones suffer... My grandma, who was never good to us whole life, now suffers and I can't see her that way. She' lost her memory.. Can't even recognize me.. Has become skin and bone, and I hate to see it. The last time I saw her, I left the place in 5 minutes. My family scolded me for my retreat, but I really don't have the courage to see sufferings.... Since my childhood, I've always prayed and I still pray, to Lord to kill me before any of my family members... I can't see them suffer or die...
