Twenty thousand years ago, the earth covered with glaciers everywhere, regardless of where the animals are fleeing in all directions to escape the impact of the new ice age.In this critical moment, we met any time have never seen the most bizarre groups: one to speak very quickly, covered with dull sloth Sid (Sid), a moody woolly mammoth Manny (Manny), a saber-toothed tiger only violent Tiago (Diego), which three out of tune with animals of the blue, and is very reluctant to come together, just because they want to return a human baby to his father's side. They confront boiling lava pits, hidden ice cave, cold weather, and a secret, even evil conspiracy. This three prehistoric animals not only act as a baby nurse, even after the ice and icebergs all 1000 panic and dangers to escort him home. These "sub-zero" of the animals became the world's first heroes! They are so brave and united!

I love watching children's movies more than movies for adults with romantic or horror themes. I'm twenty but I still watch movies for children. It's because these movies teach lessons that adults fail to see and appreciate. Ice Age is one of my favorite movie. It's really touching as it shows that animals know how to care and love. The freindship of Sid, Manny and Diego is amazing.

There was a lot to be learned in these movies and they were so well made. People of all ages can enjoy them. Not the typical cartoon at all. We have them on DVD and enjoy watching them over again when nothing really good seems to be aired on television.
