We can't forced anyone to answer if they don't want too or we cant forced things to happened based on what we want. Though most of the time if i need answer i just solve it on my own but if others don't want to give their share then i will just leave it behind at least i tried to ask and go on with my life.

A pleasant day Shavkat,
With regard to your query, I was once trapped in a situation wherein I really feel frustrated. That is when my family turn their back to me when I needed them for the support in establishing my business.

I try to answer questions people ask me unless they have pi$$ed me off earlier. I do get frustrated but I usually don't ask any questions when I'm in that state.

Hiya shavkat,
Good question. I find the more I get frustrated with one problem in particular and have tried to get this across to the offending people the worse they get or they just shut themselves off altogether or are too sarcastic. Protection I suppose for themselves and again although they have brought the problem to the house they do not want to deal with it when things go wrong. Grrr., feel like giving up? Not a chance I am proving to be far stronger than they are although I do not know what benefit it brings me but I am learning in giant steps.
Frustrated yes but not forever nothing in this World is worth all that bother.xxx

It is really frustrating when there is something that needs to be answered yet it cannot be answered because of one reason or another.
As for me, when that happens, i would rather talk with the person even to the point of having an argument so that my question would be answered at the soonest and i wouldn't be tortured in thinking for days for the reason behind it.

yes people are like that, they get irritated if they are not finding any answers. They can't take the defeat ,they get frustrated. But some are really good in handling those defeats, they never go for arguments, and some times the opposite may even get irritated by seeing them such cool.

Sometimes there are those feelings that makes you feel frustrated because you are not able to do something about what you are faced with. Anyway.. actually most of the frustrations are brought about by set expectations we have of others that we are unable to control.

Hi shavkat,
i agree with what you say. Sometimes i just feel frustrated when i cannot find the answer. Or i also get frustrated when i am unable to do what i have planned to do or there are certain circumstances which does not allow me to perform which i want to do.
when we feel frustrated, there are many ways one will react to it. Some people like you say will simply just keep quiet and swallow their frustration. Where else, there are other who make known to the whole world that they are furstrated and people ahve to give way to them.

Yes, I feel frustrated sometimes when I really feel bad for something. But let me help you to go lighter side out of it. Try to be calm and relax such as listening to music that will help you to relax for awhile. What else? hmmmm eat some of your favorite food that you will almost forgot your frustrated. Ok have a nice day.

Yes sometimes it is hard to cope with this kind of situation. I know someone who is like that and whenever this happens I just go along with his silent style by going silent myself. But deep inside it makes me angry and wanna just scream. However, when I think of it, it is not worth it to stress about it.

Yes, you are right!
I already experienced that before and I always asking myself, what did I done wrong that made him like that as if I am not existed and he's becoming cold. I did not do anything but to cry for the thought that one day he might run away and left me so miserable.

That's happen to me and hubby. There were just times when we argued hard over something and it's me who usually demand answer and when hubby don't talked I got too frustrated of not getting what I want. What would I do it think of things that would make hubby spill it out. So childish... but when I get what I wanted... it's relieving and satisfying even though it was hurting. :((

That is not perfectly true. The life is very interesting. Each person has private characteristic, having persons want to know exactly everything around, others are not interested in at all, so they do not seek answer for arguments.

Being human , we always worried about certain thing in life.Which is quite natural. As we all got a brain which, changes with situation always as per natures law.
After a certain degree when we try our best to solve any complex issues in our life and when its not in our hand , our brain goes blank.Means we lack understanding of situation.Frequent try when leads to failure , their only frustration comes.
Sometime its better to leave the situation with time as, they say time is the best healer of all wounds in life.

I do not feel frustrated over anything at the moment. But there are times that I get very frustrated. With four people living in this little trailer, than my oldest boy moved in. Things have gotten complicated since he sleeps on the couch. There is no room and no storage place. So, til I get a bigger place. I will get frustrated over little things, most I just hold in because in opinion it is not worth it to say anything. I know eventually I will get my couch back and my son will have his own home. I just keep telling myself that.

It is frustrating when you make a post and others don't answer or stop the debate earlier than you wanted. I tend to stop visiting discussions when people get too heated or rude in their responses.

I try not to get frustrated with some things but its hard to do sometimes. I keep a lot of stuff inside but too many times I let it out with anger and it causes more problems. I don't argue just to argue but if I think my point needs to be made then I find myself putting more passion into my argument.

Hi there! Yes, sometimes I feel frustrated over something, especially over things that I can't do anything about. You know the feeling that you are so helpless but you can't do anything about it. But then again, I let it go, cause the more I think about it, the more I will frustrated. I would just simply say....Oh life! :)

This is quite true. This usually happens if a person doesn't have the courage to deal with the argument. If he feel that he's overpowered by someone else, then he will be frustrated and will keep quiet about it.
