I have the skill, talent and passion to write but I don't know where will I start. I am married to my job in the hospitality industry and to find the time to write is very difficult. If i will go to school for formal education, I need to leave my job and I would need funds to support me. I purchased the AWAI ultimate writer's program online, but I hardly have the time to sit and work on it. I'm getting frustrated......

what sort of writing do you want to do, hexebella? as the skills required to write articles, which need a lot of facts, are very different to the skills needed to do creative writing. i can't offer much advice, as i have found it incredibly hard to find a way to sit down and actually do it, too, so i am the last person to advise you on how to do that. but depending on what your ultimate goal is, there are different routes that you can take.

Hi fracesca5, currently I am maintaining some blog sites, one deals mainly with my world travel experiences that includes destinations highlight, hotel and restaurant reviews and anything that I encounter during my travel. Aside from blogging, I want to write a formal article on travel but..... just for my own travel blog site, I can't have it updated..'...got several travels that I haven't written my stories yet. Another blog site I have is about OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers) which my main purpose is to be the source of information for both OFW's and their families.... Recently, I just started another blog site about the country where I currently live. I plan to write about anything concerning this country from destinations, culture, way of life, etc. One chief editor of the local dailies has encouraged me to write my story about anything regarding this country where we are residents and he promised that he will publish it although no monetary compensation but he would give me the exposure in the market......but, I'm battling on the opportunity to sit and put my thoughts in written words.....if I give up my job, I won't have financial resources :(

If you need the time, you'll MAKE the time! Good writing doesn't happen on a schedule.

Why don't you try to find any free tutorial about writing online. After that, you can check many broker online for writer freelance. But most requirement to be writer online is you have perfect grammar to publish your article. Sometime for other, very difficult to write online if we don't have good grammar.

Grammar is not a problem otherwise I wouldn't be able to work as an Executive Secretary for Presidents and General Managers of companies handling their business correspondence. All of my bosses has appreciated my style of writing not only the grammar but also the flow of thoughts and the way it was presented. I have no issue to pay for lessons in fact I already bought a writing program from AWAI. My current work is pressing that I don't have that much energy mentally and physically to work on it :(
