My true ghost story

I'm just to share my ghost story. This story happen when I was 15. At that time I'm home alone, watching TV. Because there was nothing shows on TV, I keep changing the channels. When changing channel, the screen will be all black for a split second, right? So, at that moment, when the screen was all black, I saw a silhoute of woman, in all white, sitting besides me on the couch! I feel shock and I try to change back the channel so that I can saw again that figure, but there is nothing there! At that moment only God knows how I feel. I just sit there watching the current channel, without change again to any channels, untill my family got home...
This is my true ghost story... What yours?

FYI, after that night, whenever I'm alone I always turn on all the lamps.. haha..

I would have an heart attack if I was you , at 15 I would be too conscious of those things to not be frighten , I would immediately turn on the lights in the entire house. Gather candles close by so if the lights go out I can light those quickly .
I have somewhat similar experience , I was lying in my bed and then I cant breath nor talk and I saw a woman standing at the door looking at me . I started to pry and that was when I start breathing again and was able to scream out .
I have other experience but I was not alone .

Hi... I'm really glad to read your post... You're the first person, who claims to have experienced ghost... All my life, I've met people telling me others' stories; no one related their own...
Your experience can be termed as 'Illusion', powered by loneliness... You saw the thing TV... I'm sure it was the old convex screen... Those screens are bound to create such effects when there's no channel going... So don't worry my friend.... It was no ghost.. It was piece of imagination, through loneliness which was technically assisted by the TV screen.... :-)

hi,
that story was really scary because you scared me,i am imagining if that will also happen to me,i think i will just shout out loud inside of the house and can not move in the place where i sitting on,actually in the evening there are times that i am alone watching a movies so hopefully not to happen that scary moment.

Oh my god 
. This must have been one of the scariest paranormal encounters so far. I mean having to see a female ghost sitting right beside you when you are watching the television. I could have gone freaked out if I were you. I am amazed just how you can remain calm and sit there to watch the television until your family return home. I would have passed out in that kind of situation. You should tell your family about it and maybe something can be done.

That's horror true story. I think you have try this once again. May be you have to make sure that electricity in your home was stable that time. Because there was no witness to proof your statement. And maybe you had get sleepy at that time and you saw something white shadow around you. My little sister sometimes get happen like that in midnight

the figure was so vivid even it is just a split second.. and also I'm not sleepy at that time because it is still early. But I think maybe you were right, maybe it is just my imaginations...
