how to stop your gambling addiction

I'm just wondering if anyone who was addicted to gamblinghas stopped for good and how they did it. Did you ever think it was possible to stop what motivated you to stop.

I think we can stop gambling addiction with know their effect to our family. I don't say based religion rules, I will say based our vision as human. If we get loss in gambling game we will addict to try it more and more again. It was very danger for our financial. If you have family, you can make your family became suffer. Just always remember it.
