In countries like that, where religion is interferred into politics and freedom is not a right leader of the country set all rules. Although the people are tired of that and sooner or later fight back (civil war) they are not ready for democracy. The are not tolerant. Other countries (USA) interfere because they need those countries or love to show off, dragging other (western countries) into the war they start. Wars they start with selling weapons (making money out of it), because they need oil (or something else), playing the big hero (rescueing them) and trying to force them into their way of living. This is impossible since they don't have the history, capicity of western countries. So if the dictator is gone, the (civil)war is over it all will start again. The new leader will become a dictator as well, those who won are not able to respect the other side, etc. It's a lost battle and to my opinion it's better not to interfere. Wars will always be there, the way we live is not the only way or good for everyone and by interfering we make it all even worse.
