What to do you do on a rainy day?

Whether or not it is raining has very little effect of my lifestyle, except that I tend to get a little qwetter on rainy days. It is a simple matter of what you are accustomed to, and since I live in England I am very used to the rain. Of course make a difference in some respects, such as the fact that I shall not sit in the garden during the rain, but for the majority of instances I just accept the fact that it is raining and carry on regardless. I see that you live in Honolulu, so naturally it will cause a greater concern for you than it does for me.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i really love rainy season and every time it rains i get some time to take some good sound sleep. Besides when it rains heavily, i take leave from my office so that i can play games at home, watch TV, cook delicious food, clean my house and above all i can sleep for long hours. Ha ha ha. The place where i live in rains at unexpected time so its kinda good for me. What say?

When it is a rainy day I like to clean my home and tidy away my children's toys. Sometimes I sort out paper work or do some clutter clearing. I like to read a book if I have an interesting one to enjoy. I can always go to the Internet on a wonderful site like My Lot. I hate taking my disabled son out when it is raining. He has to wear a wheelchair rain cape. It is challenging to get him and his wheelchair to and from my car when it rains. Both of them can get wet by mistake.

hi, i don't like rainy days,, i avoid to go out or anywhere if possible on rainy days. I sit at home and play online games or spend extra time on mylot . I don't like to get wet ,that's the reason i don't like rain.

what should else to say when not going outside, well should connect myself participating mylot and after that get some sleep. like to drink coffee or have some soup

I bake, knit, sew, read, go on the computer, do needlepoint, embroider, clean out closets, make shopping or to do lists, balance the check book, play the piano... I never seem to run out of things to do, only time to do them in!

I really enjoy having a cup of tea and watching movies where it is raining or where the protagonists are at sea or in a boat. My favorite to watch when it is a stormy night is a Japanese animation by studio Ghibli called Ponyo or Spirited away. A good upbeat movie is good too I find when the weather isn't good.

It is not rainy here right now but the weather has been cold and it makes me lazy so I stay at home. Normally when I'm home, I just clean the house, watch television shows, or chat with friends.

Usually, if it's raining, I'd eat and then sleep and then cook champorado (chocolate porridge) and then sleep again. DVD marathon is also an option, if there are no power outages.

I like to lazy around during rainy seasons. it feels good to be in bed and have some snacks and watch tv.. i love rainy season.. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead
