Two On ONe Computer

The Problem is as My college has wifi and it limits 2mb/s speed per pc.So i want to know that is it possible to make two connections (two IPs) on my single pc(single NIC) to download two files with a total speed of 4mb/s.I am using win 7

well seems dificult,i dont think windows provide such an option ,you should look for some third party software for this
