Great thought and phrase really we should care of this don't take any decisions when we are in angered and don't give the promise to anyone when feel happy. Because decisions will always wrong while taking in anger and we cant complete the promise so dont gives to anyone at anytime.

i believe on that,never ever make a decision when we are angry because all of them will only turn to negative and even when we are happy to make a promises because its very easy to say that promise because we are happy and we think that we can do it.

The best decisions you can give is when you are calm and free from extreme feelings. Yes, I believe that is true. It is when we are able to think things out real well.

totally agreed with your point.
sometime in angry we tend to make something that can be out of our mind. it can lend to something bad toward us later.
when we are happy, really true that we will make so much promise, especially in a relationship. but somehow promise is made to be broken right. somehow we just need to continue our life.
dont reply when sad, it can be too emotional, better not to do that.

yes dont make decisions when your angry it might lead to bad situation,don't make promise if you will just break it you can make promise when ever just be true to what you sad and mean it do it.

Hello Dear Jona, First of all warm welcome to Mylot! I fully agree with your views. When we are angry we are under the influence of set of hormones like adrenalin and others which make our thinking very narrow and focused, Under such circumstances we may likely commit some blunder if we take any decisions as the hormone Adrenalin is known as Flight, fright and fight hormone, because it stimulates the body to undertake these activities only. So under the influence of this hormone it is very difficult to take any decision in a sensible way.
That is why we often get to see that many crimes are committed under in a fit of anger because of this hormone. One has to be cool and make the body hormones balanced before taking any decisions to make them sensible ones!
Similarly when we are happy we are under the influence of different hormone and in its presence also we are in totally different mood and we see every thing in a positive frame. During such time without thinking any thing we may commit some promise which can be very difficult to fulfill. There are many incidents in the Indian History when the Kings have granted wishes or promises o the people when thy were happy and when the promises were put in front of these kings to fulfill by he persons assured then the incidents have got created history.
Now coming to your third part replying when we are sad! Here also we are in different frame of mind when we are sad and we look every thing with a negative frame of mind and we can take a wrong decision because of this.
Thus in conclusion we should not make any important decisions or important promises or take any decisions when we are not in a balanced frame of mood. 1. Don't make decisions when you're angry - I agree on this, rushing things and making a conclusion about it won't help solve the issue, the best way is to sleep it rest your mind about it, and think about how to solve it without rushing things out.

Yes completely agree, but most of times we forget to apply and follow things which should be avoided.
So in order to avoid, in anger first thing to do is to check all proverbs, which help us to remember or go slow in that period.
