I read a lot of articles from different lifestyle magazines that chocolate is so good because of antioxidants and stuff. So I would like to know the truth, is chocolate really that good? I would think so. Someone who knows more?

Hi there. I don't know much about this but I can say that chocolates are really good specially its taste. It could be a stress reliever for some people. In health? I think too much is bad for our health. Just the right dosage of sweets will do I think. Just my POV. But what I know is chocolates which are full of antioxidant is really good for our health.

That is what many health articles claimed. Chocolates seems to have health benefits for many. For example a good way to eat happily and without gaining extra weight. Have antioxidant that is good for all of us especially we are living in this modern age full of pollution, stress etc. I too agree with you. We should eat everything moderately. Too much of anything is bad ... overdosed!

I love chocolates and used to have more than 10 chocolates per day.Earler I had an impresssion that it might be harmful as my mom and my brother used to scold me for that but now a days I am coming across many literature where proples are saying that chocolates have many benefits.According to them chocolates cause release of endorphin which is also called pleasure hormon.Endorphin is helpful in reducing stress and anxiety and maintain the tonicity of blood vessel.Chocolates also causes release of serotonin and helps in reducing depression. But do not forget to brush your teeth as it may promote tooth decay.

In the health magazine that I read yesterday also mentioned about the health benefits of eating chocolates, especially dark chocolates. It seems dark chocolates have anti oxidants, also will help in our food intake. A good way to slim too. Another benefit is it consist an element that will make us feel happy.

In scientific research, glucose is one major source of energy to the brain. Basically, chocolate is good food for the brain. That's the reason why I used to bring candies at work.

Yes chocolate makes you happy. It is an antidepressant. But watch your calorie count because everyday chocolate is rich in calories and that ultimately makes you obese. Obesity on the other hand is a cause of multiple diseases.
