Well,I used to do exercises in the past so often But now I have been unable to do it regularly. How do you see the importance about doing exercises? Is it a must? Is there specific age to to start exercises? or any better time period of the day for it? Does it has side effects? do we have to do it daily or once a week enough?
Ok ,lets talk about it. Like to know that how you see the importance of doing exercises towards your life?

if you say exercise then i think just walking alone is an exercise. so i say this is a must but depends on how much you did. as my thinking is exercise in include any movement so even baby move the hand, people laugh, standing up, etc.. all these are exercise and it is a must for everyone. there are no time to count for exercise and if you focus on sweating exercise then i still will say it is a must because sweating is cleaning out the toxic from body and a lot other scientific proof of sweating. normal exercise and sweating is good but overdid it may cause problems. like some cases overdid it may cause injured.
i know exercise is important but myself is a lazy people and i would rather to sit and sleep instead of walking around. so the result is i get a lot of fats growing inside my body. maybe more exercise can burns my fats away but i am still lazy to move around.

Exercise is one way to flush toxins in our body.
When we sweats a lot- that is one way of detoxying our body.
Therefore, exercise keep us fit and healthy.
For busy people, once a week is good enough- as long as you do it regularly and have a healthy diet too.

When I left high school and started to spend time among people who didn't care about your coolness or its lack I stopped attaching any importance to such kind of activities. I used to want to be fit and sporty to make myself feel better than others and be appreciated for that by society. I think it's all about it.

It's true that in high school, people are overly obsessed with looks.
However, there are so many reasons that it is important to exercise! If you want to live longer and have better quality of life, prevent many illnesses and diseases, and improved mental function, physical activity is important.
I work with aging adults and we do stretches and basic exercises just to increase mobility!

Exercise is very important to healthy living. I'm not into it myself because to be honest with you I'm lazy. I do have a treadmill right here in my living room but seldom use it. There is no age when you should start since they even have babies doing little exercises.

I feel better and am in a better mood when I exercise on a regular basis. It gets very cold here in the winter and that is when I don't do a lot so I finally joined a gym. I like doing it first in the morning before anything else, that way I'm not feeling guilty about not doing anything all day and if I go in the evening, I have a tendency of staying up all night.

hi,
actually exercise is a must because we need to work it out all our body to stay faster and more stronger, and aside from that i can also enhance some of my part and also to release some toxic in my body, and the best of all exercise can make us look young.

Exercise is a must for all of us. Light to strenous exercise depends on every person. People with heart ailment should consult their doctors before starting a form of exercise. They say that anything taht is excessive is bad to the body, that's why we dont need to push ourselves too hard because it may bring negative effects rather than good. Thanks

exercise has become an important part of my life again. i used to be an athlete now i am overweight i had some hard times. but when i work out i feel so much better afterwards it lifts my spirits and when i dont workout i get sadder! i enjoy pushing myself and feeling stronger afterwards.
i would say start working out at any age and dont workout right before bed as the rush will keep you up, i like to do mornings sometimes.
i go 3-4 times a week i think daily is too much for most people youll just get so sore, once a week is enough for some it all depends on your body how you feel and also what your goals are

honestly i do not have and exercise routine. and I do not believe in regular exercise routine. if we exercise regularly we may stay fit, but when we miss our schedule even for a week, due to some unexpected reasons, then health goes for toss and we may put on. so I maintain my diet. I healthy and low fat diet. my regular work routine is enough to keep me fit and make me feel hungry...

To add to the spirit of exercise we can prepare such exercise clothes, shoes, clothes, sports equipment ,etc. when we are comfortable with the clothes that we wear our meal would have the energy to do exercise.
Usually when we start at the beginning for the exercise we will feel the spirit. but if we become lazy over time it always assure us that exercise is a necessity, not an obligation. solutions we can do is to make a schedule. By routine and so we will take the time to exercise.
If friends and family were the same did not like sports, then invite all your friends or family members to start exercising. Would be very nice if we could spend time with friends or family to exercise together. Of course with positive activities like this, you will bring good influence for the health around you
when we sincerely and enjoy the sport that we've done or would provide a sense of opiate addicted to continue to exercise. Better to prevent than to cure.

It is very important to do exercise and it goes hand in hand with eating a healthy diet. Children at school do physical exercise so they learn that keeping fit is healthy for them to do. I am keen on walking, cycling, swimming and dancing. My daughter is three years old and I am going to get her to join a gymnastics class. It is more challenging for my disabled son because he is in a wheelchair.
Walking every day is great for regular exercise. I have two dogs to walk and I push my disabled son's wheelchair to the school he goes to. Two times a week I go to a dance class with energetic movements. I go swimming and in a jacuzzi at least two times a week. I loved cycling when I was younger and in the days I lived in a village with poor public transport. I hope to take up cycling again and riding to the sports center is a good idea of mine.
I know some very healthy retired people go to the energetic dancing class twice a week. Due to all the exercise they look far younger than they are. If a person is fit and healthy he or she will have more energy and feel happy. I adore going on a countryside walk. Doing exercise once a week is good but more often is more beneficial.

If you are aiming for a healthy living and body, then doing exercise is essential. When your body starts to feel tired and all you eat is junk foods, then you need to do some exercise to keep and maintain a healthy body. I guess ideal would be 18 years and above but the earlier the better.

I understand exercise is very important. It's just not that easy to do.I have a hard enough time walking sometimes.I have osteoarthritis in my back, knees, hips and ankles.I also have hip bursitis.I used to walk a few miles a day.Now just getting groceries makes my hip and back start hurting.

It's recommended to do some type of vigorous exercise three times a week for about 30 minutes. It really is good for us to exercise regularly. I would walk daily with my daughter when the weather was nice. Now that it's getting winter time I will have to get exercise dvd's to do at home. Hopefully I will be able to keep up a good routine of exercise again. I would like to lose a little weight.

They say it is important. I say, I am too lazy and tired. They say, it will keep you fit. I say, I am fit already I don't get sick. They say, it will keep you young. I say, I look young anyway. But honestly it is a must, just to keep your heart pumping and your lungs expanded and deflated. Your blood running smoothly in your veins. Yes, it is important even simple exercise will do.
