hi! Who asked you to take eggs daily. You could try other healthy options. You could have corn flakes or oats with milk. You could have cucumber and tomato sandwiches. You could have multi grain or wheat bread either plain or with jam, butter (nutrilate), cottage cheese or processed cheese. You could take a chapati with cooked vegetables or could have a 'Parantha'. You could boil some potatoes and could mesh them and could make a grilled toast with potato filling. You could also take poha made of flaked rice or Sabudana khichdi in breakfast.

Nothing except a cup of tea.In fact,I don't take anything as my breakfast. And,believe me,I don't take lunch either. As I have stated in many of my responses,I don't take anything before 9.30 at night. It has been years since this has become my habit.Still I am in a good shape.I can continue working continuously for hours without being tired. My digestive system is functioning well.In brief,I don't have any problem at all.

Hi prashu,I am from India. It all happened mysteriously. We have a football team. Some two or three years back we had to play a do or die match with our rival team that's from a nearby town.I was having a discussion with my friend as to who should be included in the team and who should not.It was the time when I used to take food at least four times everyday. It was noon and I was feeling hungry. So I said to him that I was going to take my lunch. He offered to take my lunch with him at his house, but I refused saying that my mother must be waiting for me,and left.My house is just in his neighborhood, just at a stone's throw from his house.I was feeling extremely hungry.I reached home in seconds and asked my mother to serve food for me.She served and then suddenly I don't know why why my hunger disappeared and I started feeling like vomiting. That was the day since when I ceased to feel hungry before night. Was it not mysterious?

We also usually have eggs for breakfast. Well for one thing its the most common because its easy to prepare. But sometimes we also have pancakes, hotdogs, bread, cereals, etc. But one thing that's really constant in our breakfast table, it would be a steaming cup of coffee. :)

I love buns! I wish I know how to make them myself. I usually just buy frozen ones with different fillings. Every time I want it for breakfast, I just steam it for 10 minutes. Quick and good breakfast; but I'm sure the homemade ones would taste even better...

i have bad habit related with breakfast cos i never have breakfast. yeah i know that it is a very bad habit cos breakfast is very important for our body health. we need much energy to do all of our activities at morning. im a teacher so i need much energy to walk aroud my students and to speak aloud in the classrooms. you know i have fifteen to twenty eight students in one class so it needs loud voice to explain lessons to them. lol. so i know that it is absolutely wrong not to have breakfast before going to school. i have this bad habit since i was in college. i lived away from my parents and should take care of myself. i always didnt have food tok eat in the morning, that is why i never had breakfast, till today. i usually have my first meal at nine or ten or sometimes at twelve. i have my breakfast and lunch at once. lol. so im so sorry cos i cant share about food i have for breakfast..:(

It depends on the day to be honest. If I am on a run I will grab some wuick such as a bar, or something that I can eat in the car. If I have the time I will make oatmeal with fruit or pumpkin, eggs, bacon, sometimes just toast with butter.

fried rice is the bestseller in our family, paired with sunnyside up eggs and hotdog or maybe dried fish (tuyo, daing as we call it here in the philippines). if you're tired of those, you can try champorado or noodles or maybe have pancakes for breakfast, they're good too! You can also try french toast. jeez, now im hungry!

I would have biscuit and sausage gravy with over easy eggs every day for breakfast if I had my choice. I cannot imagine getting tired of this food. However, you can have anything you want for breakfast. Why limit yourself to traditional breakfast food? My kids eat left over pizza for breakfast. I like to eat left over stir fry for breakfast. There are so very many ways to cook eggs that I cannot imagine eating the same egg dish for breakfast if one had the time to research and be a daring and creative cook!

Since I have to prepare for my son's breakfast, so I want to make something delicious for him. Our breakfast will be different everyday. Our breakfast can be bread, cake, noodles, congee, porridge, pasta etc. I like to make different breakfast everyday so that our son will not get bored to taste the same all the time. Meanwhile the balanced diet is the best.

I usually don't eat breakfast very often. If it's my day off I'll usually just have a cup of coffee and then eat lunch later in the day. But if I have to go into work before lunch time, I'll usually have breakfast. I like to eat cereals, oatmeal, and french toast sticks we get at the grocery store. Sometimes I also like to have vanilla yogurt with a chopped up banana and granola. I don't really make eggs for myself, if my mom is home she'll usually offer to make that for me. What I also like to do for breakfast is make two pieces of toast and then make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich using the toast. It's really yummy to have a warm, crunchy pb&j with a glass of cold milk

I don't eat the same thing for breakfast every day - that would be boring and most likely unhealthy. Here is a list of suggestions that we make: Bacon and eggs Pancakes Waffles Oatmeal French toast Croissants Potato pancakes Cereal Corn muffins Blueberry muffins Potato, egg and onion frittata Taylor ham sandwich Hope this will get you our of your slump for breakfast!
