This is an update to my last discussion about my internet connection.
I called them for the third time to follow up my report but still they
don't know the problem is. They give me another report number and wait for
another 24 hrs of development.
But I can't I have so many things to do in my facebook since I have an online
shop and I have some other earning site to attend to. That's why I research
and try my luck to have an internet. I work for more than 4 hrs to try everything
last thing I do is to try and check my proxy address.
I solve it I changed my proxy address and used it. I can access now
to some other site that I can't visit before. I hope I can help someone about this matter.

Looks like you can actually put those technical support out of the business with your ingenuity! That's the thing sometimes, you would have a better chance of getting your answers out of researching on your own than talking to people who are supposed to be experts in that field. Oh well, at least it works out for you very well.

I am happy you decide to fix it yourself , on the internet is here I find daily solution to certain problem . I used the internet to solve all sort of problem I may be facing with my games and computer .
Some of those people getting paid dont deserve it , I sometime wish people on the internet could be the ones getting pay in those people position .

Your right about that when they are still promoting their product it seems they are the good ones but if you already have them they cant help us with our problem.

Great investigating process you had going there Congratulations, sometimes it is best to fix things ourselves, it takes less time than going though customer service calling centers.

I had the same problem once with my connection here... I went to y tube and saw a video on how to change ip and proxy. never had another problem with it.

Whew... that's was closed. You did it! congrats. I am sure you can help a lot of users who will encounter problems like that. Good thing that you are techie person you have solved your own problem with waiting for a day! wheeeeeee
