MyLot Earnings back to Zero, so sad!

Hi! It's good to be back. It was a long time since my last discussion and my earnings were like 80+ cents then. It's not much but it's still something. Now, it is back to zero, is it really like that when you have not had the chance to write regularly? I also checked payment history and there was none made. Oh well, I guess I'd have to start from scratch and make sure to write regularly. Anybody had this experience before?

I just came back as well after 4 years. I'm not sure what I was up to back then. I'm already up to .30 though and have only been back for about 2 weeks. It's not much but I'm happy with it. Not bad for having no referrals.

It's never too late to start again...I agree with you, that is not bad for not having referrals as yet!

Heheh, yes now I am starting to get that routine again. I was away doing my clinical clerkship and I had no access to the internet for months that's why. Even my emails reached to a thousand or so for not getting the chance to check them. Thanks! :)

Once you get back into a routine you will find your earnings rising quickly and you will soon make that 80 cents you have lost. If it is any comfort to you we all start back to square one once we have been paid, it just makes me determined to get that first dollar under my belt again as quickly as possible. I can understand taking a week off when other priorities take over, but I don 't understand why people stay away for so long.It takes such a little effort to reply to a few interesting discussions and sometimes we are spoiled for choice.

If you are not active on the site for 90 days or more you lose what ever balance you have. You want to atleast visit here occasionally so you don't lose all you add up to here.

That happened to me twice I believe. The first one is around $3 while the second is more or less $5. I've been on and off from Mylot the past couple of years but its always nice to see that the site never close down after all those years. :)

True...at least we still have the site to start over. Sometimes you just get too busy to remember the terms you've read when you first joined. At least now, people will know about this if they have not read the terms yet and some might remember reading it once and not to have the same mistake :)

Stay a while longer and see how it goes. Don't close your account just yet, hehe! What's your blog about? Really cool for you to set that up. I just can't blog...really am fascinated by people who do. I'd just start rambling on and on if I'd start one LOL.

The same thing happened to me I hadn't been since March and when I saw that my earnings were gone. It showed up in my history but not in my current earnings but its ok because I have plenty to say so I will get it back soon. I guessing that it is to motivate us to post things regularly

Very true, MyLot wants us to be active on their site since I read reviews that they really pay your earnings. Not bad for a legit site..gotta have rules. Looking forward to your discussions!

So sad to hear that, Vnyard. It is because mylot will reset your earning if you do not login for 3 months... So, keep login and post at least one post every day... Good luck...

I agree with rahma because if we not login till 3 months then our earning is lost and some time account is also not exist. You should log in at least once in month.

I just came back to mylot after 6 years and there was .30 in my account when I left but it was gone when I came back. So, now I'm starting all over and it's ok.

I was also missing in action for a long period of time but regularly just pop in here. My last balance remain intact when I came back a month ago.

Must be your regular popping in here that made it intact. Good for you! :)

it`s sad but it`s the rule my friend.. when you become the member of one site, it means you accept any FAQ and rules.. right??

Yes, but because I was busy I must have forgotten about it. Thought I would just post it so others won't have the same mistake.

so sad ..actually as per mylot term & condition you will have to login at least once in 90 days,,if you failed to do this..then your a/c will be terminated due to inactivity..sorry to say that but you will have to start from beginning..

It's ok, it was a lesson learned, I was just too busy to even remember what I read in the terms when I started few years ago. It's not a big deal, I can always start again :) thanks!

I am new to the site still, so I do not fully understand the workings and rules yet

Well, now that you've read this, according to those who already commented don't let your account dormant more than 90 days...Just log in, even if you don't post anything to keep your earnings intact. So this won't happen to you! =) Cheers!
