I never see orphan that was not taken care. normally they are in orphanage organized by social/religious organization. if I want to help, I help them through the organization.
To adopt? I'm not financially capable of doing that, maybe sometime in future.

yeah of course; I really encourage financially capable couples but not capable or do not want to make babies, to adopt children.
you're from China, nice, sent FR pls accept it, I've been to HK and Shanghai; maybe sometime I'll visit GuangZhou if I have enough money :)

That shows real love and commitmentship to do that, all children including disabled children are special, I think it's only society and prejudices that make them different, but they all need to be loved, cherished and looked after. I think it's highly admirable and warming to the heart that someone can open their home and heart and give love to a disabled child.

In my 16 years as a volunteer in many charity works I can say that taking care of disabled kids and people is really rewarding.
Yes, it needs patience and love - but it's rewarding because we will come to understand how blessed we are.

I completely acknowledge that it wouldn't be easy to raise a disabled child and I really do think that it takes a very special kind of person to decide to adopt a child that they know is disabled. I think that there has to be a special place in heaven for those very special individuals that decide to take on not only a child that is not biologically theirs, but also a child that they know has special needs and is going to need very special care throughout their lives.

Taking care of a disabled child is such a great task... and families who go out of their way to adopt one can be considered as heroes... they will surely be blessed because they chose to share their love, energy, time, money, etc... to someone who needs it the most...

Can't agree more. Personally, I feel sorry for those disabled orphans. They usually suffer a lot from the disabilities, and when they need their parents the most, they don't have them. It takes a lot of courage to adopt disabled orphans.
