Well, I am really nervous when it comes to interviews. Sometimes, I am not ready for the job. I just think twice. I am happy if I pass my interview and get a job. So, I need to prepare first myself before I get interview with my boss. How about you?

Yes, that is a normal feeling you should be know how to handle it, don't show to the interviewer that you are anxious. Just be in yourself and the good outcome will follow. Have a nice day ! :)

The best thing you should do is never ever go to any interview with the question in your mind that you are in need of job. Just go as if you have already the job in your hand. I am sure this way you will be successful in your next interview.

I think everyone has some sort of nervous reaction to an interview with a boss. It is an uneasy feeling. Although, I have been there and done that and I came to find out that they are no different then we are. There really is no need to be nervous around them or talking to them. Its no big deal.

Can we refrain fom being nervous? Even a strong person with full confidence can trigger nervousness, they will have the awkwardness from within too. But then, it clings to our mind set to choose being idle or not. We can have a lot of ideas to boost our confidence without being nervous. It could be involving to different activities, the main goal of having socialization.

Before, I had gone through a lot of interviews and most of them has been failed. But I did not give up. I still attended interviews for me to enhance myself to answer those repeated questions and for me to gain confidence to face the interviewers. Fortunately I did it and I was hired for the past three years and until now I'm still in one company. Attending interviews is a training ground for us to gain confidence.

I think it depends on the kind of job you are applying for and also on the need of the job. If you are confident that you can perform the job then you will feel confident and you would love to be interviewed and there is nothing to be worried about. I think all I need to do is to prepare myself well for the interview and then face it without any fear or hesitation. All the best for your future interviews.

i get nervous all the time with interviews. from my earlier years before high school, to my endless job hunts, and even now that i have a steady job, i get nervous. not only during interviews, but also when i speak with those with higher authority. i don't know why. it's not as if they're gonna swallow me whole. i know they won't, and i know they won't hurt me. but i feel nervous nonetheless. probably because i'm too bent on impressing, and i fear i'm going to be rejected or laughed at. maybe you get the feeling too?
