Well, those actors always have their dose of skin treatments in a regular basis and that is the major reason why they never look their age.

The movie stars are also human beings. So they will grow old. They look younger because they have better facial treatments since they can afford it. They may even have the plastic surgery. Since they have to maintain the good look because it will have an effect on their career. And today the makeup is better. They need to wear makeups so that they can go out. Otherwise at least they will wear a big sunglasses to cover them so that they will not be recognized.

Many photos of actors and actresses are photoshopped heavily. Makeup goes an extremely long way, as well. The only medical science that will make people "look" younger is plastic surgery. I'm not sure what techniques they do to look young for a long period of time but obviously they know a lot about it. Well I guess you'll find out eventually that "40's" isn't actually old! Many well known actors and actresses from the past are instantly recognizable and still handsome / attractive well into their sixties. Yes, they wear make-up for their acting roles, public appearances, etc. But, the most important part is that they remove it completely afterwards. Not like some people who wear the same make-up for days on end!

There are people with good genes or a charisma that makes you not see them as old people even when they have wrinkles (Meryl Streep is a prime example for that). And there are those people who use plastic surgeries, botox, exercise excessively... and of course, expensive eye-creams, full-coverage make-up in their interviews and photoshop in the articles and editorials.

Yes, science is a miracle for them They have a lot of money to look good at all times and besides they really have to look good. It is a must for them. Good for them they have defied the nature of aging. But me, I have a natural way of staying young . the company of the children will makes me feel and look young. . that's why again I don't like to be an actor just teacher. joke.
