i love to eat fruits and vegetable everyday,according to study people need to complete eat five kinds of fruits and five kinds of vegetables daily for healthy health.my day is not complete without eating vegetables in once a day,but i honestly say i cant complete five kinds of vegetable and five kinds of fruits its so hard to do it.how about you guys?

I cannot eat fruit everyday because a lot of fruit here is expensive. I always eat vegetable everyday. Like you say we must eat five kind of fruit and five kind of vegetable i think i also cannot do that.

hi thanks! even here is cheapest vegetables and fruit but i am not complete the five kinds to be honest,i wanna do but its so hard to do.atleast i eat one a day.

Yes, I see to it that I eat fruits and vegetable everyday. I have a good feeling too after I have eaten fruits. This is because fruits and vegetables are glow foods. We should really eat them to make us healthy. Thanks for sharing this.

Wow, that is certainly great of you to be able to take vegetables and fruits everyday. In my case, I usually cannot. I am always on travel and sometimes, it is difficult to have a different variety of fruits and vegetables all the time. But when I am at home, I do stuffed the refrigerator with fruits and vegetables. That way, my family can take them and me as well when I am at home.

Eating fruits and vegetables daily is always beneficial. However, eating them properly and by taking time and at appropriate interval, is also essential. They provide us with so many essential vitamins, minerals and also anti-oxidants. Many of these have popular disease fighting characteristics. Some are good for digestive tract also.

One apple is considered a serving. So, if you eat an orange or orange juice from one orange for breakfast, that is one serving. Then, a banana for a mid-morning snack. A salad or fresh veggie sticks for lunch. An apple with perhaps some trail mix or a granola bar, for an afternoon snack. And, then a salad with your dinner. If you add all that up - that is five servings of fruit and vegetables. I don't think it is all that difficult to fit in 5 servings of fruits and vegetables, once you consider how to spread it out through the day.
