If you haven't yet I highly recommend seeing the movie Life of Pi. I went to the movies this weekend and I'm glad I did. This movie was a departure from the usual flicks that include a lot of violence. The movie was captivating and unique. This movie was well written and directed. The scenes seemed to jump out because of the colors and imagery, definately had me intrigued with the story line. Kids and adults will love this one. Don't miss this one.

I'm not sure but it was great regardless. There are other movie entities like Nollywood for Nigeria and Bollywood from India. I just love being exposed to other cultures and people that exist on this planet.

No, just out of curiosity I asked about its production, and no doubt I love movies whether they are produced in Hollywood or some other. But thanks for the movie link. Will surely check for that one.

I think this movie is really great! I just hope that I can watch it in 3D here in my country.

I watched the regular version and I enjoyed the film quality. The images were very clear, 3D may be more intense. Have fun!

Thanks for sharing such a great movie. It has not shown yet in Malaysia.
I am looking forward to watch it the first time I saw the trailer in the
cinema. It was directed by well known director/producer Ang Lee. My son
won two preview tickets for Life of Pi tomorrow night. I am watching it with
him. Can't wait to watch it. Thanks again!

Thank you so much for reminding me this movie is on. I want to see this one on the big screen.
We stayed home this weekend because of traffic.
I did venture to the store and rented a couple of movies.
I told My son I want to see it so maybe he will take me one night this week

I've heard of this movie. It's based on a book, isn't it? I know that it's about a boy and a tiger that got shipwrecked and the experiences they had together. I don't know if I like to watch an Animal Planet kind of movie. But the critics were all praises of this movie. Maybe I'll look at the trailer and see if it's worth my time to watch this movie.

The family did own a zoo. The film portrays a kid left to fend for himself and how his stategy and patience saves his life in the end he lives to tell the story.
