As that of losing weight, Weight gaining is not as easy as you think. It needs strategies and consultations to hit your desired body mass. There are lots of strategies to make someone bulk up. However, some would go to its shortcuts and not thinking of the healthy ways on dealing with it.

First of all we all have our own figure. Some are skinny others are not. If you want advice about the kind of food that might help you to look less skinny you have to write down first what kind of diet you have now (so what you eat now). Also you need to tell if you always been like that, use meds, the kind of life style etc. Since this all is important. What helps for one person doesn't need to help for you as well. BTW training your muscles is one way to look better and to gain weight as well since muscles do weight more as fat.
