Rencently, I meet a problem. I am engaged in research and development work several years, I find it is too tired to me, and I often need work over time. I want to find a new job that I can have much individual time. But if I choose another industry, I will start all over again from beginning, and I will take low pay, but I need to share of my family burden now.So how can I choose.

It is so hard to start in a new field especially if you already gained a long experience in your present industry. I remember my brother, he started as a student of chemical engineering. After 4 yours we are anticipating his graduation however we found out that transferred to fine arts when he was on his 2nd year. My parents were mad but they understood him after some time because that is what he wanted. Although he started again but that is where his passion is. So follow your passion. Follow the things that will make you really happy. Do not worry if you will start from the beginning, that is normal.

Starting all over again is the hardest thing to do but if you surpassed all the challenges that is attached on your starting time, you can't even notice that you are already stepping into your next level and the good thing is that at the end, you will be enjoying what you are now and what you are doing because you knew that you did it from the very start how much more if you will do it better to the next levels or steps in your ladder.??.

some jobs bring about work fatigue. after having it for some time, the routines and work cycles just get into our systems and we don't get any energies from them anymore. the meaning of what we do slips into our environment. when this happens, it is a signal to find a new one. well, it depends on your marketability in the labor market. compromises have to made including accepting lower pay in the new one. but it is worth it to remain human.

Its hard to find a job but then if you are not happy with that of your job, its your choose. You can find another industry that could make you happy. You find your job that it is too tired for you, right? And I think thats normal, we cant find a job that is easy. We need to exert effort for the success of our careers. If your salary satisfy your needs no need to transfer for another company. Find ways what to do to overcome your problem.

you need to do what will make you happy. in the long run, you subconscious self will not allow you to stay into something you really don't want to do. then, you will identify it as failure and beat up on yourself so much, you won't be able to do what it is you DO want to do. you are already tired and feel like you can't keep up. it is killing to the spirit to have a job that you don't like. it's is killing you slowly..physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. maybe you should think about moving on.

Find a job first and then resigh from the old industry. It is really hard to choose. To choose, there will be new life for you and you will have more free time. Family finance is what you should consider carefully. Think it over, if I am you, i will choose a new job. I have the courage to face every difficulties.
