Lol well its not custom for people to call anyone here sister , uncle and those title . They wold be more to call you , girl , woman , boy and girl . Sometime they call you big woman and big man lol even when you are a teen because they are saying you acting like a woman . People will be like calling me little girl and I dont like that because I want to get certain job position . I try to enjoy every moment and getting older is just a part of life , moving on to the other stage of life . Based on your profile age you are young , take advantage of that also because it will go by and you will be saying this very thing again lol . Go out and have some good time , travel if you can .

Being called 'uncle' does not mean you are getting old, you should accept it as a form of respect. Enjoy being an uncle, the next thing is 'grandad' and I can understand that you may really object to that! I had a shock some years ago when someone described me as having grey hair! I knew there was some silver beginning to mix with the brown but not that the effect was grey! After that I wished I had taken more note of my nice brown hair, grown it long and generally enjoyed it while I could.

well, it happened to me too. It has become a habit for kids to call someone an uncle whoever is a few years older than them. don't worry or throw too much light on it. I don't know your age but I can say, correct understanding of life only comes in mid 20s.

i was once like that, when i was young and my aunt was not married yet at old age we tease her that when will be the time she be married, we came to tease her also cos of her swing moods that always get easily angry, we told her hmm maybe you just need a partner in life... but that was me teasing my aunt in my childhood yrs. And now that im getting old now i felt the words being tease, yes sometimes feel easily angry annoyed questioning when u be married. well i guess i just get the same felling now, same as my aunts feelings when she was old and still single.
