Today the news broke, Kate and William are going to have a baby. Not a surprise in any way, Royal brides tend to get pregnant quickly. I am pleased that they gave themselves a little time together first, unlike poor Diana who proved her worth to the Windsors almost immediately.
Much was made by the media about the baby to come, nothing was said about poor Kate who is suffering very bad morning sickness. For anyone who has experienced this it is a miserable start to a happy event. Hopefully it will be sorted out very quickly and she will enjoy a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy.

With parents like William and Kate the baby will be beautiful and highly treasured not by the Royal family themselves, but by the whole population not just of the UK but all over the world. Eyes will be eagerly waiting in anticipation to herald the new prince or princess that one day will hopefully be King or Queen of Great Britain!

I was watching the BBC news this morning, and the main focus seemed to be on the morning sickness issue. I found the amount of coverage to be ridiculous, out of all proportion to the importance of the story.

Yes, I read about this news in the morning paper and was happy for them! I was pregnant twice and not once did I get any morning sickness, so I guess I was lucky, as I can imagine what that must be like! Good luck to the two of them and their families!

You know, I think its great that they are starting a family. The only problem is this child is considered an Heir to the throne, its not just a couple starting a baby, its a royal family creating an heir. I know that some people love the whole King and Queen thing and I think that all children are Princesses and Kings when they are young so I guess its all right to think of the fairy tale that will be.

Yes this is the news of the day it seems, unless you are living under a rock then everyone has found out about it by now. I am wishing them both well, and I'm sure they will make wonderful parents. As for her morning sickness they probably have the best of doctors to take care of her and the baby as well. I do hope she is feeling better soon though.

Hi friend, royal pregnancy always have their own importance. Lot of persons in our world got pregnant and give birth to their kids, but no one notice them. If some celebrity is pregnant and got sick then every one is praying for their welfare due to their fame. Hope she will recover from her illness soon and give birth to her kid

im sure she has the best doctors available taking care of her so i dont worry so much. jeesh, we had to suffer with whatever we could. sometimes just clinics. we put off a lot of things due to finances. so no, i dont feel sorry for her at all. she should be very happy. plus her baby will be famous also and she will have lots of help. im just happy for her.

I've never been pregnant so know nothing about morning sickness.
However, I am pleased for Kate and Wills. It's so obvious they love children and if anyone should have them, it should be those two.
In fact, only the other day I was thinking to myself, "I wonder when Kate will become pregnant," after seeing her on television.
It's quite nice to be psychic when something good happens.

Kate's illness is very worrying, its not the normal kind of morning sickness at all. I hope it gives a clear message to the media to back off and let her rest for the next 6 months. Really happy to hear the news anyway!
