As far as the question is concerned, the first thing I see when I wake up is my pillow. =)

I look at the clock, through-out the night I wake up and the only thing I do is look at the clock and go back to sleep

for me what i like to see first when i wake up are my kids because my kids are very important to me and its a part of my life forever..thats why they are the first in my eyes always.
