Love or Stupidity?

I have this friend of mine, she got a boyfriend. They've been together for years. She told me that her boyfriend doesn't love him anymore. But even though his boyfriend is very cold to her, she till love him so much.
I think it's true love because my friend don't usually go on a serious relationship, when she feels that something is wrong with her relationship she don't give a damn to break up with the guy. But now...she's really holding on huh!.

hi.
Love itself is something which can't be define by words like these..stupidity..yes, when you've fallen in love with a wrong person.Heaven..when he/she is caring and showing the same love and affection towards you..
Its worse when you have been in a relationship and you brokeup..at times you feel like you should have never fallen in love..
My personal opinon..love is something which teaches you to be tough from outside and soft from inside.
About your fren, I would sugget her to give a space to her boyfren. They say "You only realise the value of something when its not with you"
Try to behave in the same way as her boy fren does..and see, after somedays he will change..
Trust me ..im a boy.. :)

We told her that to give some space to her boyfriend so her boyfriend will realize. Maybe her boyfriend is suffocated by the relationship. But of course she only can decide what to do. Thank you!

your friend is deelpy inlove to his bf i feel pity on her. I had loved a guy also which doesnt loved me back so later on i decided to give up at first it was hard but little by little she be able to move on.

your friend falls in love so deeply. If I am her, I cannot stick to the love even I love him because he is cold to her. there is no sense to be together anymore. Holding on such kind of love is not worthy. Maybe her boyfriend has fallen in love to other girls and your friend cannot realize it.

We already advised her about it but only she can decide whether to break up with her boyfriend or still stick and get hurt. We told her some reasons why her boyfriend is so cold to her but as I've said only she can decide what to do. Thank you!

Sounds like your friend needs counseling. She is only interested in the relationship for her own sake. Is she really interested in a long term committed relationship? I would suggest that your friend get some professional counseling about what a relationship is really suppose to be. True love is when you deeply care about the other person, more so than yourself. And the other person cares about you, more than himself. That is true love.

i think your friend is really into that guy. unfortunately the guy seems to be cold to her. im afraid that your friend might end up being a martyr. you can give her some advice and make her feel that she can lean on you. most of all support whatever decision she will have.
