Raj @silvermist Thanks you so much for your response. In fact, today morning was horrible but I did gargle twice and i felt better, unfortunately we don't get Turmeric here so had to work with salt and luke warm water Thanks again and have a lovely day ahead.

Raj I agree with you that cellphones should not be allowed in school and in colleges. Where student should use them in a correct and appropriate way, they have been using cellphones in a worst way ever.
