rented home vs own home with loan...

which is better, in view of money saving???
I got some interesting figures, when calculated for 15 years loan tenure...with12% pa interest..
I found I can save more by staying in a rented accomodation, rather than owning it....
But, ofcourse...comfort of own house cannot be comparable with rented one...
Any views???

It depends with the situation of course. Some thinks it's better to rent for they can't afford housing loans at all. Some thinks it's better to loan to own a house for it will be yours for life and an investment. Renting home is for an instant shelter for you but owning home always counts.
