which is better, in view of money saving??? I got some interesting figures, when calculated for 15 years loan tenure...with12% pa interest.. I found I can save more by staying in a rented accomodation, rather than owning...

prabhupedapati of course 24 to 28 is age for marriage..... if one become a parent even after 2 or 3 years after marriage, he/she will have earning potential, till their baby get settled in his / her life...I think which is crucial....
