anger is good?

It amazes me how some people get so angry when another person makes an error he's not intended. I think they need a psychiatrist. If the mistake was done on purpose it's ok to be angry but is it the same when the mistake isn't done on purpose?

Anger is dangerous if not control. I knew people who get angry and they do not realise what they did during that time. They do not know how dangerous they are. I have knew a lady boss who throw metal lock onto his husband Mercedes Benz and broke the front glass. Another lady boss who throw her mobile phone onto her factory supervisor. Another lady who chase his CEO husband with a copping knife on the street. These people have to consult specialist for anger management before things get out of control.

It's terrible indeed. I'll be careful when choosing a partner and take into consideration their level or ability to stay put.

Anger is good if you know how to handle the rage from within. It is really fascinating to see how they react. The manner of chain reaction depends on people's way interact. For some reason, it is not good to laugh and makes jokes out of it. If it serious, then they need to enroll themselves in an anger management facility.

Yeah, even react without a basis at all. I don't like it when someone else is at fault and the brunt of the anger is thrown at me.

You are right some people get angry even small moment or incident. If wife make tea late then husband got angry and some time beating also such men are really mad. I think everyone should control on their anger.

I agree. It can almost be considered instinct to instantly become angry at the slightest error done by others.

hi, for me i could say that anger is not good to our health because it will only add more wrinkles in our face and anger will only depress our feelings, and aside from that it will make you older when you are angry and will ruin your day.

I have a greataunt who can be angry with the minimal provocation. But how easy it is for her to get angry it's how easy of her to become happy. I like to play jokes and she likes it and at 90 years old she's still strong and active.

Sometimes our emotions push us to do things we do not intend to do. Just like anger, even if we know the person did not intend to do that mistake, our emotions are so intense that time that we can't control it so we just blurt it out. We are looking for someone to blame. I hope, after the anger and the person gets calm, he might be able to say I'm sorry. Anger is good for us to express our emotions but to be angry to anybody without valid reasons is stupidity.

Anger would be effective in discouraging bad acts, either with self or others who always commit mistakes. It is just a lot easier to be angry at other people instead of self.

hmmm isn't that not fair? playing on someone's emotion?... anyway, here where I am now, I can't get angry because it will just be useless. Much as I wanted to get angry and upset I won't, I could just burst into laughter. How can I express my anger, when the students can't and won't understand my language. LOL, so funny... for me to be angry.. so I just don't get angry at all.

Well, lucky for you not to be easily angered. In most cases, I could not control myself if I'm angered. I might have to think something funny to stay calm like you.
