Nowadays, there are a lot of people undergo botux injected to their facial muscles. It is simple to diminish the wrinkles marked on their faces. There are only two things in here, you wanted to be beautiful or to keep the beauty. The fact, it is not avoidable that our skin degenerates as the years go by. If botux will be administered to you, are you aware that your facial expressions will be lessening? The feeling of being emotional will not be the same thing, even if you are crying the face remain flat. There is no indication of remorse or sentimental into something. What do you think about these facts?

I would never use Botox. What it actually contains is sickening to think about. And I have heard that some strains are not sanitary and could cause all kinds of problems. And I have heard that this lack of facial expressions is just for a period of time after the shot of the stuff.

I've noticed that those who have botox injection look alike. They have puffed up face that are expressionless. I don't think we can change the course of nature in aging. Botox are only for short term remedy and need to top up once in few months. And it is not cheap either. What is the use of having a young looking face that is so artificial when the internal organs are rotting away due to old age diseases. Might just as well accept the facts that we are old and the wrinkles that are mapping the face is a beauty of wisdom.

yes i agree.what is the use of looking young when the inside organs are rotting. we should see that we are healthy from inside. Artificial things are always dangerous.

Yep I've heard of this. It'd be rather a strange thing to see someone laughing or crying with a straight face. That's definitely a procedure I'd rather opt out of, but its pretty that the media has made people feel like they need to do that.

I do know that if botux were injected on your face in large volume and on a wide area of your face, it could really make you look stiff. I am not against the use of it since a lot of people would want to remain beautiful, but I think that they should not overdo the use of it. Otherwise, they would just look like stuffed puppets. Something that is not within the normal range is not pleasing to the eyes.

I think Botox do makes one lose control of their facial
expressions...
Why anyone want to have the same facial expression on their
face morning , noon and night without control of same is way
beyond me...But I am one not to judge them and if thet always
want to look like a deer in headlights, then thats what they
want..
I will gladly wear my wrinkles when I get them,, I am 63 years
old and as of this year I don't have wrinkles or crowsfeet..
...I am Blessed

oh yes, because the flesh will hardened, no natural stretch will allow the muscles to move depending on the facial expression. I agree, it is very obvious. I observe also to those had botux, when they smile, their cheeks are so prominent and yet, the mouth doesn't conforms with it. If they smile they need to open their mouth.

oh yes, I saw a friend, I know she had it but maybe shy to admit that she has done it. But obviously she smiled different compared to our photos from the past. I just can't understand why she won't admit it. Another friend told her, hmmm you look different today? What did you do? she said, "nothing". then every body in the group stopped asking about it. and continued our chats

That is something I have never considered, botux, I have however, considered plastic surgery, but with both there are no guarantees, and what if you have it done, it doesn't have the desired affect, you would have wasted your money. I think the fear I have is that I have it done, I will then want to continue with it. I am in my forties and noticing the aging, but then shouldn't we grow old gracefully and not be so vain?

I think that the best thing to do is to start early in life with a moisturizing cream at night time. I started using a firming cream at the age of 19 years old and I'm 51 now ,and I don't have any wrinkles. Most people think that I'm just 35. Don't wait until you have wrinkles to start taking care of yourself because botux injections don't make you look natural and it gets rid off your beautiful smile.

I remember Julia Roberts say this on her interview about botox..
She will never undergo such process because she wants to laugh with her kids.
Botox deprive people from showing real emotions...duh!

Hi,
I heard about this .People now a days want to look young and without wrinkles. But i heard its too painful.
I don't know that facial expressions will be lessened with the use of botux.
But i think we should allow our body to be natural and with natural changes. That is always better.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Yes u are absolutely right, we might take off the wrinkles from our face thanks to botox but can be delay the aging process? No Never. So what is the point in using such techniques.
I think not only it is expensive but also risky if not done properly. I think we should humbly accept the aging process and should never crave for beauty. We should be happy with the beauty and face that God has given us.
What say?

According to a friend, the major goal of botox injections is to paralyze the muscles so as to lessen the wrinkles produced when the muscles on that particular portion of the face contract. Wrinkles are produced as the muscles move because the skin is attached to it. That is actually the wonder of botox injection despite the fact that it comes from Botulinom toxin, it still does something beneficial to those who wish to look younger.

So that is the consequence of the forever young. But they have developed new alternatives other than botux to keep your fountain of youth. Old celebrities here are doing it and you will not just have a youthful face but also an energetic body. It's called Stem Cell Therapy wherein they will renew your damaged cells.
I guess it's ok to have emotionless face as long as I will not feel stoned. But imagining a crying person with her face so flat is so awkward to look at. :)

I'm a young person, and I don't see any wrinkles on my face so I don't see Botox in my near future. However, I still feel the need to defend Botox. I'm a bit of an unconventional thinker when it comes to these things.
First of all, Botox does slow down the aging process. Aging and wrinkles are ultimately unavoidable, yes, but we can do a number of things to delay their arrival. Botox is just one of those tools.
Second, everyone knows that Botox paralyzes skin and may inhibit expressions. If someone is getting Botox injections on a regular basis, I guarantee they already know how it limits their facial expressions. But, for their own personal reasons, they don't see this as a bad thing or a reason discontinue their use of Botox. Perhaps they feel that it does not inhibit their expressions much. People react to Botox differently, and some people look more natural on it than others. Maybe their regular face is so expressive that it's downright comical, and they prefer the subtly that Botox gives them. Their reasons are their own.

I feel like aging is a natural part of life and for that reason our natural aging should not be something that we try to keep from happening. Thus, I really don't know why there are so many people that go through these cosmetic treatments in an attempt to deny the fact that they are getting older during every day of their lives.
Me, I would never have botox and I would also never be a person that would submit myself to going through plastic surgery. I'm one of the rare people that truly believes in natural beauty as opposed to constructed beauty.

You are right my friend. I have seen people who undergo botox treatment and they almost look the same. They always have this weird smile in their face.

Really, even if you are crying, there is no change of expression, my friend. The tears would just keep rolling down on an expressionless face. Weird.
But nonetheless, if i have lots of money, i think i will go for botox too.

In my opinion,I think unless you are some super star in movie or stage, otherwise you no need to inject those botux because it is not good for your health,I think the best beauty is natural face.
Just be confidence then you will be beautiful always.
